Thank goodness for the shift lead, there. Before he stepped in the regular workers never even got started on our hot sandwich. Took our $$$, made the 2 cold sandwiches & never made the hot. When we asked why is the other sandwich not being made they realized they forgot. We said we have to get going for our to go orders, this has taken forever. He said to my husband, "you dont have to cry about it" whattttt?????

Hours on the door say 10 til 9 everyday. I pull on two locked doors at 7 PM on a Sunday. The employees are right there walking around behind the counter. Change the hours on the door and Google if you don't want to work til 9.

On Thursday Aug 8th 6:00pm I went in was greeted and asked about my day. A man started my sandwhich with bread and meat
And handed off to the next man to add veggies then he handed it off the a lady who wore the same gloves the entire time while checking out the person in front of me, that person then asked for some oil in a cup and the lady turned around to get in the cabinet but a trash can was in the way so she moves the trash can with her hands wearing the same gloves she then proceeds to touch my sandwich to cut it in half wraps it up and checks me out… at this point I’m so lost for words I’m not sure weather I should call her out or not so I get my stuff and leave.
That is disgusting is so many different ways. Change your gloves. If you are wearing them and touch something that is not food CHANGE YOUR GLOVES!!! Disgusting! She literally touched all over a screen, touched money, and touched a trash can along with cabinet doors etc…… I’m mind blown at this point. Who is training these people

Love Jersey Mike's because of their gluten free options and handling practices. This location was a total nightmare. The order before us was also gluten free.
1. Gluten crumbs everywhere and no attempt to wipe anything down first.
2. Watched kid cut gluten sandwich with gluten free labeled knife and then put it with the gluten free order.
3. When asked about this, employees got defensive.

There was no way I was feeding my celiac children there and we left. We won't be back.

as a former employee enjoyed everyone i worked with. Except i got fired recently due to circumstances of me leaving out of town for a family friend emergency. I had told my manager a couple days in advance that i would be out for the weekend until the day i was supposed to come in to work the manager texted back last second expecting me to be there, and did not believe i had an emergency. The Springhurst manager isn't really understanding of people's situation's outside of work and cares more about customers than she does her workers and see us as expendable. Would not recommend working at this location it was miserable, and a waste of time since I had to do the workload of like three other people. Corporate if you time to look into this it would be much appreciated.

Ask for the breadless option - unwich. They asked me what kind of bread I wanted. They don’t have that, okay I want a bowl. They slice the cheese and ham so thin u could read through it. They started to chop the ham/chz. No no no. U have to ask for a spiral. Last time I got one of these I had 6-9 spirals. Ask for it mikes way… didn’t notice til I sat down that there were no onions or tomatoes. Then diet soda option was out.

This location always gives me the best quality food. I order off of their app and it's always ready by the time I get there I appreciate the promotions the business runs and the points I get by using their app. I wouldn't hesitate to go back whenever I'm hungry, lol, which is daily!
