I ordered a #9 sub online for pickup and I added hot pepper relish, when I get home my sandwich had no bacon and no pepper relish. Just roast beef turkey and cheese on bread. Do better whoever made this sandwich

Philly cheese steak is the way to go but all their sandwiches look tasty. A little on the pricey side but you're paying for quality.

Somebody at this location who fulfilled my online order has no idea what they are doing. I ordered 3 sandwiches. Every single one of them was closer to a soup than a sandwich. I had to use utensils on mine and the others had an equally insane amount of liquid condiments. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and there was literally fluid in the paper that my sandwich was in. My turkey sandwich that I requested mustard on had so much mustard on it that the entire outside of the sandwich and the inside of the wrapping paper was covered. Worst sandwiches I've ever had. This location is awful - IDK why. Westport has never disappointed.

Thank goodness for the shift lead, there. Before he stepped in the regular workers never even got started on our hot sandwich. Took our $$$, made the 2 cold sandwiches & never made the hot. When we asked why is the other sandwich not being made they realized they forgot. We said we have to get going for our to go orders, this has taken forever. He said to my husband, "you dont have to cry about it" whattttt?????
