Janine, the store general manager is the definition of fantastic customer service! She helped place my large order in my vehicle personally & was so kind annd accommodating. The staff that worked with her, today was on top of their game! Best sandwich shop around! No wonder they put subway next door out of business! And replaced it w a smoothie king! Yay! Go Jersey Mike’s!!

Placed my order at 12:40pm. Arrived at 12:52pm. I did not get my food until 30 minutes later. I literally could’ve gotten in line and ordered and gotten it sooner. I’ve never posted a review of anything before but this was ridiculous.

I have placed my order today utilizing the mobile app. My order should be ready according to the app at 12.12 pm I arrived at the location at 12.15 pm. I asked a young Caucasian woman who is responsible for my order. I was informed by “ it gonna be few more minutes”. Therefore, I waited. At 12.30 pm I asked a Caucasian male about the ETA of my order. He literally repeated my question and walked away and I never received a reply. At 12.40 pm I walked to the same young woman and asked her what is going on with my order? She didn’t reply. However, an African American male replied to me” I am sorry there was a miscommunication and we are going to get your order next. To make story short I didn’t receive my order until 12.48 pm! From 12.40 pm to 12.48pm the staff we’re talking between them and it seems that she gave my order to someone else! So, not just me who had a bad experience, there is a customer out there got the wrong order! Unacceptable and very disappointing!

Jersey Mike's is always a go-to for lunch or dinner. Getting the Juice is a smart choice. I even referenced Jersey Mike's when I was doped up for my surgery. It's that good, I don't even remember mentioning it. ??‍♂️

I ordered takeout through the app, 2 hot and 1 cold sub, along with 3 cookies. Wait was almost 45 minutes. Asked if the cookies were in the bag when it was handed to me and was told yes. Got home and no cookies and the cold sub was not what I ordered. Called the store and no one would pick up. Filed a complaint through the website. Someone named Janine called and left me a message two weeks later and has not returned my call after I called back and left her a message. So don’t expect them to make things right after they screw up your order.
