First experience at a Jersey Mike’s! It is amazing!! The sandwich looks like the sandwich most sandwich shops show, but then u get it and looks nothing like it!! My husband said Best sandwich he has ever had!! (Hate we only discovered it in our 60’s!)

I’ve grown fond of jersey mikes but don’t eat at this one often. Went there for dinner and got a regular chicken salad. I mentioned to the two boys that it looked small. They both said it was correct. When I got home and actually opened the wrapper it did not look like a regular sub. It was 60% of normal size. The cookies I bought were not cooked correctly either. Almost raw. Very disappointed by my experience tonight.

Had the regular Philly cheesesteak with a brownie and water. The sandwich was delicious—fresh, soft bread and flavorful steak. The brownie was soft, rich, and really hit the spot. Great experience overall!

Tge best service I have ever had! I a rare neurological disease which makes me legs weak, I fall very easy. My mom ordered our lunch, but I needed sandwiches to go also.
SHAUNA ( best employee ever) came around the counter to my table to take the order. She brought food to me, and took my card to pay. SO HELPFUL, SO KIND! ALL business should have this kind of customer service! Please clone her she is AMAZING! She made my day better and easier with her kindness!
