Tge best service I have ever had! I a rare neurological disease which makes me legs weak, I fall very easy. My mom ordered our lunch, but I needed sandwiches to go also.
SHAUNA ( best employee ever) came around the counter to my table to take the order. She brought food to me, and took my card to pay. SO HELPFUL, SO KIND! ALL business should have this kind of customer service! Please clone her she is AMAZING! She made my day better and easier with her kindness!

I went to Jersey Mike's Subs off Hurstbourne Parkway today (Thursday August 15, 2024 around 1pm, for the first time, the restaurant was clean, staff was professional, and a huge shout out to Drew, he went above and beyond for a customer!
Slow, very smelly (smells like pee) and so unsanitary/unclean.

Went to Hurstbourne store I have been to many times and always been happy. Great service as always. My issue is with the white bread. It was a much slimmer width and very rubbery. You had to fight to take a bite. I hope this is not a permanent change. If so I will not be trading here.

My main problem is, yet again, the service.
Ordered three sandwiches which neither was labeled so had embarrassment biting into the wrong sandwich. I also ordered three large drinks, and got three small ones instead.
