I ordered the family dinner today and never got my food delivered. I called the store and was told I would get a call back as they had to call door dash. After an hour still nothing and when I called back I was told they couldn't do anything. So I'm now out 60 bucks. Don't waste your time with this franchise.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD! Ordered a cheesesteak that luckily I had to open up to put Ketchup on when I found the most disgusting long curly black hair in the middle of my sandwich. Proceed with a warning.. still waiting on my refund that I probably will have to fight to get back after speaking to their team.

Worst place ever. I've been to Jersey Mike's in different states. But this one is the worst. Stay away. The other negative comments about this location from other reviewers is absolutely true here.
Ordered 2 sandwiches online on Saturday & they were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were super fresh. The roast beef and turkey were flavorful, I got the regular size and my friend got the giant. They were so good and filling. We will definitely be ordering again ?

This location does not accept coupons, which I only found out after I ordered my food. Two regular sandwiches, chips and small drinks was $30.00.
Food is always hot and order is always accurate. The crew is very friendly
