My order arrived over an hour late, ICE COLD, and it contained incorrect items. Tried calling the restaurant and was on hold for 25 minutes before giving up. Will be requesting a refund from their corporate office.
I threw it away and ordered Dominos.

Jeff is one of their delivery drivers who is always so awesome! He tries to accommodate and is super fantastic!! Our apt is a little odd to find your way through and with my health he tries to make it easier for me to get my pizza. Plus, the pizzas they have in my opinion are better than Dominos, pizza Hut and Papa Johns!!!

Best chain pizza in town. I'm a sucker for pineapple anchovy pizza (don't knock it til you try it!) and Jet's is my favorite place to get it from! Their 8 corner pizza is perfect to split with a loved one.

Says they close at 11:00 online and on the door and I'm being told that they do not close at 11:00 but 10:00 because they are a franchise? That doesn't make sense, if you want to change stuff just fix your hours so people don't waste their time driving to grab food

The New York style pepperoni pizza was fresh, tasted great, and we enjoyed the turbo cheese sticks. Will order from there again. Maybe we'll try the Detroit style or hand tossed next time. Recommend. 4.5/5

Ordered pizza at 930pm. Store hours on google and on the sign on the door show open until 11. Showed up at 1020pm to find the door locked. and lights off. Saw some employees in the back. They should just update the hours if they arent going to stay open. Its kind of ridiculous.

This was my first time ordering from Jets. I ordered the 8 corner pizza at 8:52pm. It was delivered cold a little after 10pm. Cost including tip was $29.00. Not worth it. Maybe would have been better if I drove 2 miles down the street to pick it up? I don't know. I'll stick with Hometown or Impellizzeri's.
New to the neighborhood & got a couple of coupons in the mail. Used them to finally try Jet's & we were not disappointed. Their pizza is so good!

Pizza was ordered an hour and a half ago and it has still not arrived. I called once and they said it should arrive shortly. I called again and they said the driver left 50 minutes ago and maybe he was doing a triple delivery. Several times when I tried to call, I was hung up on. They did not seem to have any way of contacting the driver. They said they "really did not know what happened."I understand being short staffed, but they at least need to have way of communicating with their drivers. Quite disappointing.
