I ordered jets on Westport Rd . first time having . took an HR and half and was delivered cold! got a salad with no fork! called they offered me 5.00 credit. I will never order this pizza again. lesson learned!!!!!
Placed our order. said it would take 30 min. Arrived in 30 minutes. No order. The staff kept telling my husband it was almost ready. Waited for 30 min. Watched SEVERAL people come and get their order in front of us. Still no order. Left without getting our food. Didn't offer anything in place of the very poor service. The staff member assisting us was very rude and unfriendly. Ill be sharing my experience with everyonenI know.
