Boy oh boy! These guys have some good, good pizza. I loved it. I took one home and I was very happy I did. Apparently, they sell pizza by the slice (which is right up my alley) and I do know it's 5.00. Which is ok but do you call first? Do you just have to hit it at a good time? I asked the guy and the best i cutlass get was that it takes about 8 mins. So i don't really know but. I'm going to find out and I'll let you know. I think pizza by the slice is the best idea ever and I'm glad to know we have one in Louisville. But smile.Dietary restrictions: They'll make it however you want it. Big smile

Placed a large order for a work event and everything was great! Staff was very friendly and pizza was good!! They have a lot of options for toppings as well. The only pizza option I was unable to get was the Spinach, chicken, parmesan but only because they don't have Alfredo option for base. No eat in option, which I didn't need. Staff were very helpful and helped carry food to the car!! Would go back.

This location is carryout only. The local workers are great, food ready as promised. Personally, I'm not a fan of wide crusts that effectively reduce all pizza diameters by the width of 2 breadsticks. But for those that enjoy bread, here ya go. The bot that takes orders is painful to deal with, and never gets our name correct.

Delicious food every time we eat from here. Our pizza was ready exactly when we scheduled our pickup. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The "lobby" is very small and has limited seating; though this isn't really a problem as I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes for anything from here.

Besides Chic Filet, Jet's Pizza, specifically the one in Fern Creek Louisville Kentucky, might be the most flawless restaurant I've ever been to. The pizza is amazing- love the deep dish! But the employees are astoundingly polite and professional. I have 25 years in leadership positions currently serving in a Regional VP position, so I like to think I know a thing or two. I am beyond impressed with this company and especially this location. It's easy to be great sometimes, it's nearly impossible to be great consistently. Kudos to the staff and the General Manager for identifying and hiring great help. They represent your brand well.
