Jimmy John's

The food is tasty. With that being said I should rate it better, but I just cannot. I order here at least 3 times a week with them being less then ten minutes away from my job. I also make sure to tip 15% or more EVERY ORDER. There's been a few times my order was incorrect and I've called to have it settled. The second shift manager is simply put rude. I stop by Jimmy John's the other day and got me a sandwich. I did not really enjoy the sandwich that much it was just OK it was a ham cheese lettuce and mayonnaise and it's just OK the subs aren't as big as they are at subways and I can't customize them as much as I enjoy like I do at Subway at Subway I can put more items on it Jimmy John's just not as good in my Pinyan and I know I'm in the minority because so many people enjoy Jimmy John's but not really me that much so I don't...read full review

Just like every other Jimmy John's I've been to In the City of Louisville, fast, friendly, tasty! The staff that was there this afternoon were also playful and fun. Love it!
