It truly pains me to write this. The folks at the store are really nice and the food is good - when you get it. For the past few weeks, my order has consistently been missing my chips or my cookie. One or the other. I do not recall the last time I got both. Sure, I probably don't need both, but I do want them both. And I pay for both. The manager has been super nice and has offered credits, sending out the missing items, etc. But ALL I am asking for is some better quality control so I can get what I order. That's all I want. I am happy to adjust this review if the store can get back to sending me the stuff that I am ordering!

Sandwich was nasty and they claimed they HAD to toast my tuna sandwich it's their policy never heard of that who wants boiling hot tuna? And maybe if the employees did their job instead of flirting the food would be right

Good location, orders are almost always right and fast, the store itself is a a bit cramped inside though. Get your food to-go here, always.
You have to wait10 mins before they stop bickering about who’s job or the order, and for them to figure out you have been standing there for waiting. Online orders get pushed back.

We ordered a pick up. We added their bread on our order because we love their bread and because you can, it's an option to buy only bread. One of the employees was complaining about our order when we went to pick it up. It was embarrassing.
