Seems this location needs some help... 45 minutes from order to delivery, when you order from a place with freaky fast in their slogan you kind of assume..... Called after 30 minutes and was told "Yea, he's out with your and a number of other orders and I don't know the order he was going in"My coworkers and I really aren't going to be getting delivery from here again. Super disappointing.

“Freaky Fast Delivery” did not live up to their word. I called 30 minutes after placing the order to be told “yeah give me like 5 mins I’m leaving now.” He sounded pissed I would even call. 18 minutes later he left it outside my door. I opened it as he was walking away to hear a pissy “thank you”. I’ve not forced you to work at Jimmy John’s. If they don’t treat you well why take it out on the customer? I also tipped well. Wishing I never placed an order.

Food is always good. But the tall guy with locs possibly the manager was very rude to his staff. They appeared to working be very efficiently. He threw the energy off as soon as you ordered yelling at a worker about closing his register. The staff all looked uncomfortable. After he screamed my order, slammed my sandwiches down with no bag. I made sure to say thank you as him yelled about how people are going to make him loose it. People meant me bc I didn't hear the young lady say my order.

B Had

Bread was cut out of sandwich which I didn't request. Way too much lettuce. Not much toppings . This was supposed to be a giant sandwich which it clearly isn't.

I went in today, ordered for myself and my child, then was told they wouldn't take my cash. I had a $100 bill they said it couldn't be cashed. Seeing as they had 2 registers going at the time, that seems like a d*** reason to lose a sale. That was all I had on me so we had to eat elsewhere.I will not be going back to this location.

I had just moved to the J'Town area and lived close by to this location. I stopped in to order a sandwich to go and got a very cold welcome from the employee. I just figured he had a bad day.I ordered a sub to go and then another employee appeared and began telling the other employee about "his bathroom experience." They were both laughing about it and discussed it for a few minutes. I really thought this was pretty rude considering this is a restaurant. I went on my way with no "come again" or "thank you " or not even a "screw you."Because I live so close I frequent this strip mall and Kroger. Many times when I pass by this restaurant I see that, I assume employees because they are the same vehicles over and over, do not park in conventional parking spaces nearby but park against the curb in front of the building or by the curb across the way but still in the flow of traffic, but not in a parking space.Because of these lazy people that decide that they are more privileged than the rest of the public, I will never go there again. They have a bunch of disrespectful millennials working there that the management sets a terrible example for. The entitled generation.Stop your employees from parking in the flow of traffic!!

Out for delivery around 1:52. Didn't arrive until 12:32. They forgot the chips that came with my combo and the food was soggy. Won't be doing delivery

Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. Placed an order at 6:35 pm and I wait for 30 minutes before I call the store and ask for an update. The manager tells me that they didn't have a delivery driver, but they didn't bother to call me. So I wait another 20 minutes and the food never arrives so I call to cancel. I was told this delivery driver is "notoriously slow". Then I get a call from the driver saying that he's been walking around the parking lot for 15 minutes. What? Just order pizza. Ridiculous.

Was super excited to come here as the one I go to at home closed due to staffing issues. Needless to say was not the best experience. Ordered food and the cashier automatically just added the pickles I ordered as the sides to the meals then couldn’t get that I wanted chips and the pickles as extra. Food tasted ok but for the price I should have gotten more lunch meat in my sandwich. One slice of two meats is skimpy at best.
