Jimmy John’s sandwiches are SO fresh and so good! SO much better than Subway! JJ sandwiches aren’t sloppy, the bread isn’t too hard and never soggy. Everything is kept chilled and made fresh on the spot!! A+

I won’t be ordering from this Jimmy John’s again. This location is awful. It’s unfortunately the one that is set for delivery to my address. I placed an order today at 11:30 and it is currently 1:04 PM: no food. I tried calling the store at the 1 hour mark only for the phone for ring and ring and ring with no answer. I would LOVE to say that this is the first time this has happened to me, but it’s not. I usually give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, so I’ve never complained before. But now that I see other reviewers stating that some employees hang out in front of their homes for 15+ minutes for no reason other than to pass time and not have to go back to the store or deliver the rest of the food , I’m done. I’ve also waited a long time for an order to be delivered (and not even during peak time) only for the food packaging to absolutely REEK of marijuana. Do whatever you want in your free time, but can we NOT toke up on the way to bring me my food? It’s disgusting and I end up throwing my food away when it reeks like that.

The worker by the name of Cindy, gave us a, “Lil John,” when I clearly said 6”. She was telling us it was a 6” but when we got in the car, the receipt it said, “Lil John.” The bread on so called sandwich was not as good, and the level of disrespect by giving a different sandwich based on looks is not okay.

this location sucks. The same guy delivers my food and he’s so rude. Also every time he delivers my food, he will sit in his car for 10-15 mins and then will leave. he does the same thing every time. he also takes a long time to deliver but it’s probably because he likes to abuse his time and just sit in his car forever. it’s the guy that drives the black and white car. so annoying won’t be ordering from here again.
