I love this place! This jimmy johns is the go to delivery option for my roommates and myself. The drivers are always so friendly and a few of them always make sure to say hi to my dog which I find totally adorable. They've never gotten my order wrong and have never been late.
Ordered delivery for one sandwich, took three minutes and several repetitions to get it right and then it took 25 minutes for them to get it to the house (which is 0.2 miles away from the store). Asked for it cut in half which was noted on the ticket, but it was not cut. Sandwich was good, however the delivery time and attention to detail was not. Will probably use other locations.
The music is so loud you can't hear any conversation! Tried eating in 3 times hoping it would change but hasn't. Very clean, fast, and polite but have never been in a place where the music is so loud you have a headache before you leave. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the loud music!
