worst Jimmy John's! the flavor is totally off and I am pretty sure they do not know the ingredients for a specialty sub in. gargantuan....nor can the follow a request when asked almost begging 3 time for something...and there were 2 doing it! . booooo for a 25 dollar sandwich...

This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues. Wrong food delivered and no drink delivered. Would not bring back the right food. So ended up just refunding. But then were left without dinner.

We live in Middletown but had never been to the Jimmy John’s by our house. We had a coupon for a free sandwich so we got carry out for lunch on the way home from our daughter’s swim lesson.
The cashier was friendly but it was clear that he was still being trained as he had to ask the manager for help a few times while keying in our order. The cashier also was unable to credit us the $1 on our rewards account, simply saying, “I hope that worked.”

The manager seemed upset to have customers and his tone with us and his coworkers was unfriendly at best. We asked about using the coupon on our order and he said it couldn’t be done without changing it from a combo meal. While that didn’t seem a big problem, it felt like it was too much hassle. It was $36 for two sandwiches with combos and a little John sandwich with chips. The price is one thing but the tone that we were met with by the manager was the main reason we won’t be returning.

As we left with our carry out, the cashier asked the manager, “Is something bothering you today?” We understand that people have bad days, and we were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered, but we felt like our order and presence were a burden today for the manager.

**I received a phone call from the manager within a couple of hours of our visit. She was very apologetic and concerned about our experience. I appreciate her communication and quick efforts to make it right. It was the training manager who we had the poor experience with.

Just stopped in tonight and had to take the time out to give credit where credit is due! Cam was so awesome and made our experience very fun relatable and personable. Shout out to the crew tonight for fast friendly service and great sandwiches!!

Quick, very friendly service. The Italian grinder is what I ordered. Very delicious. Overall service was outstanding. If you google the address, it takes you on a wild goosse chance. The deli stands on the main road.

Had to wait 40 minutes total (30 in store) after placing my order online for pickup. They were not super busy, but the ticket got misplaced. It's my fault for waiting 30 minutes before saying anything, but I figured they were adults who knew how to do their jobs. After bringing it up, I'm not sure if they were giving me attitude or if they were stressed out with the way they communicated with me. Regardless I'm not a fan of this location right now and don't think I'll be back for a few moths when they'll hopefully have employees that know how to do their job, or atleast seem genuine about the mess up and not give attitude. But that's probably too much to ask for.

Mobile ordered and waited 30 mins for one sandwich. Not freaky fast! I don’t have a problem waiting, but it would have been nice if they threw in a bag of chips or a drink while I waited. Took up my whole lunch break.

I requested to have my sandwich cut in half at the register. It was not cut and half so i asked her to cut in half. She cut it in half and did not rewrap. Her energy seemed asked if i completely inconvenienced her. It looked like she was about to snap or have a mental breakdown.
