I order from this particular jimmy johns a few times a week and this location is the worst I've been too by far. Most recently I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up 20 minutes after I ordered it and when I asked for it the person said "well it isn't ready yet" I pulled around and waited an additional 5 minutes and when I received the order almost nothing about it was correct. No mayo was put on the sandwich and it was supposed to be a Lettuce wrap but was on bread. If you are considering use this jimmy johns location I urge you to drive a little down the road to a different location.

Food was fine but what a weird vibe from the staff…a small gang of guys (3-4) hanging out and smoking just outside the entrance - not particularly young, either; after making our food, the cashier went out and joined them. Possibly more than one staff member in the group. After we left my husband commented “I was mentally preparing to get attacked” - super weird. Don’t think we’ll be returning.

System was down couldnt grab a calculator out and accept a cash order all the employees were sitting at a table in dinning room area. Its basic math dont need a register to accept cash...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm polite as f**** So it really pisses me off when I ask for no mayo and they put mayo on my sandwich after repeating to me 2 times that I didn't want it on my sandwich. Then it takes an hour for me to get the correct food at which point the driver gives me the wrong order again and I have to call him back to get the right sandwich for the 3rd mother f****** time

NO CANOPIES FOR FRIVE THRU. Car door gets soaked in the rain. Famous fast service can never beat the rain any way you try to put it. Please install canopies at all JJ

I received someone else's order and called to let them know. They sent a driver to pick it back up. I work from home and didn't get to the door. The manager sent threatening text to call the police.

This jimmy johns is better than most ,mr john needs to look into more cheeses or meats....or rather both ...not alot of options so to speak but a good sandwich none the less better than subway ,if they just had the selection or bread selections id eat here everyday ,as i am a sandwich aficionado,self proclaimedVegetarian options: Its got the optionsKid-friendliness: They are nice to children but dont expect a playpalceParking: Big open parkinf lot of a strip mall type dealWheelchair accessibility: No automatic door but also no need for a rampDietary restrictions: Theres wiggle room ,theres always room for wiggle....

Possibly the worst location in the city. Expect 45min+ wait times for delivery (~1 mile away!), the store not being ready at open because the employee opening was late and "the bread isn't ready"(?), and an atypically high error rate on your order. I won't be back to this location.
