I ordered for delivery and my food was left outside of a completely different office. Not even handed to someone. I didn't even receive a call if they couldn't find me, and my number is clearly displayed on the order.Thankfully someone from that company was nice enough to bring it over.I also requested condiment packets and received none.

Ordered a sandwich because I was in a rush. The store was a 5 minute drive away. 35 minutes after ordering: they said the driver was 5 minutes away and would be pulling up. 40 minutes after ordering: I had to leave my location. 50 minutes after ordering: The driver just left me a text saying he left the sandwich at the front desk. I texted back saying I'm not there and to have the store refund me. ... Never received a response. There are other locations in the area--I recommend avoiding this one. I hope Jimmy Johns looks into this branch/franchise. It hurts the brand as a whole if it's super slow.

Sandwiches were delivered promptly but had very little meat and no lettuce. We were very disappointed.

I have enjoyed Jimmy John’s for years. Very consistent. But why the refusal to cut sandwiches in half? Please just cut them so we don’t have to be ignored when we ask you to cut them. Thank

Jimmy John’s food was all right, but the way that most of the managers work with their crew members was awful. This one young lady named Chelsea was the only one that I feel had empathy for the busy atmosphere in the crew members. Overall the owner Will and manager Matt need to get there attitudes and professionalism together.

I stopped in today, to get a sandwich, it was about 1pm and there were no customers, 4 or 5 employees but no customers at all, (that should have warned me)! But, I placed my order and because I had HARD BREAD (my guess old bread) twice before from this store, I stressed "I want fresh made, soft bread" and placed my order. Went to the pick-up area and waited.....One of the employees picked up a wrapped sandwich (not mine) and threw the sandwich across the room on-to a table, and before I left another employee threw the wrapped sandwich (not mine) like a football across the room again. I was becoming more concerned about "my" sandwich. A lady finished my sandwich and placed it on the counter, I ask for it to be bagged, she handed me a bag, for me to bag it, no napkins, no pepper no nothing! I am so sorry, but "I WILL NOT BE RETURNING" to Jimmy John's "anywhere". Three times to try a place of business is more than enough. So if you are desiring a subway sandwich, just look across the street, there is a good one over there! Oh I almost forgot, HARD BREAD, my guess it was day old bread!

Place an order today around 11ish, said food was delivered never received. Called to ask where the food was left in our building, couldn't tell me and the customer service was bad. She did not want to call the driver, say she would get with him when he got back. Then came back to the phone saying she couldn't get a whole of the driver. she would have to call me back. never said sorry-NOTHING. I requested my money back and she said she would and hung phone up-wow all i can say.

Had to call the police on their delivery driver for taking pictures of people on private property. I believe this to be very creepy and sketchy behavior. Will never let it go - I think this Jimmy John’s is an absolute joke and a horribly managed location. Your employees showed up to a different Jimmy John’s trying to intimidate the staff there. Police will be called again on this store if needed.

Supposed "freaky fast, freaky good" only to wait over an HOUR to get it delivered. Then when it was FINALLY delivered, we were missing part of the order. Called to have employee get rude and refused to get manager. After arguing, finally got manager only to hear excuses... was finally was told they would refund what wasn't sent but the rest is my problem as they wouldn't do anything else.Look I can appreciate being short handed, however do not offer the service if can't provide it. Poor management and even worse excuses. Will NEVER order from this place again!

I didn’t get to take pictures because they made the most beautiful sandwich!!!! And it was a skinny so it was gone in a jiffy. BUT it was not the sandwich I ordered lol. It had cucumbers AND avocado spread on it. I ordered the Italian skinny, so it was a mix between that sandwich and another. But I devoured it and it was delicious. Great sandwich makers. But pay attention to detail. Not everyone will be like me!

For lunch today I purchased the #9 Italian. It's one of my go-to sandwiches at JJ's, along with the tuna, and turkey with avocado. So I didn't think twice to order the #9, which I particularly wanted because of the alternative to mayo used, being oil, vinegar and oregano seasoning. A classic Italian sub. What I received was the nastiest, most unpalatable sandwich I've had in a long, long time. A sandwich so bad, I won't be a return customer. It made Subway a better choice. The sandwich was the norm of meats, cheese, lettuce and tomato, but what ruined this sandwich was the dressing used. Or what the sauce ingredients merged into to give the sandwich a ranchy-sour taste. Bleh.?? I couldn't figure out why it tasted So Bad, but realized the sandwich maker put what I thought was ranch dressing on it. (Ranch that I thought was spoiled and I was now going to get sick.) But on closer inspection I came to the conclusion he had put mayo on the sandwich with the oil and vinegar. And it merged into this viscous, sour mess of a sauce. It was so disgusting I had to discard it after a few bites. In all my years as a JJ's customer I have Never had the #9 with mayo. Never. Just the ideal of combining mayo with more oil and vinegar just turns my stomach. This sandwich has Always come with just oil and vinegar. It's like adding mayo to an Italian meatball sub. You just don't so that.I looked up the menu online and mayo is listed as an added ingredient. I don't know if in the past other employees have been attentive and had the courtesy to ask if I wanted mayo on the sandwich and I said no, but the ideal that someone at JJ's thought mayo belongs on this sandwich and put that in the directions to building this sub confounds me. I just know this is the first (and last) time I will have mayo on an Italian sub. I'm nauseous just thinking about it.And this is the last time I will (attempt to) eat at Jimmy John's.Another time I dearly wished a Jersey Mike's was nearby.

Never had any issues with this store. Always call when Papa Johns doesn't delivery after 2 hours. Much appreciated!
