Ordered a sandwich online to be delivered to my hotel room which is 175 yards away. After 35min, delivery person calls asking if I want to leave a tip so he can "tell his manager," (whatever that means). I tell him no since the delivery is LESS than a block away and I paid for a delivery fee. He rudely hangs up and proceeds to text me that I can get my order downstairs and refuses to answer my phone call and argues with me through text that they don't deliver to rooms. I called the Jimmy John's location and was told by a manager that they would "talk to the employee." I checked the reviews after this situation and it seems to be a common problem at this location. I paid $12 for a mediocre sandwhich and terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from here again.

A guy working for the company standing outside smoking ? cigarettes and then comes inside without washing his hands making people’s sub sandwiches with no gloves just disgusting ? i will never return here again someone is gonna get sick where is the health department when you need them !! This was a very poor experience. I needed a meal relatively quickly and was going to be at the hospital dropping off. While there I ordered a meal to the helipad. #1 the food was HORRIBLY incorrect. Wrong sandwich. Wrong chips. Added stuff I intentionally took off. Left stuff off I intentionally wanted. #2 did not follow delivery instructions and delivered to a random desk on the opposite side of the hospital. Lucky to have located it at all. Def not worth the 20%tip that I had prepaid. #3 didn't bring my drink. Cmon, it's a meal. Who doesn't get a drink. Poor service. I don't know what was going on at the restaurant this day but it is no excuse for how they performed. 0 outta 10. Would not recommend. Actively discouraging others from ordering.

Always a great experience and food is always fresh. Great employees. It is the happening spot off Market Street. I used to walk there from my job at the hospital for lunch. It is close to all your major downtown activities. Don't pass this place up! ?

I've never been to a Jimmy's John before. This one is close to where I live. So I decided to go check them out. Employees are very friendly and the store is clean. Love the owners sense of humor with the sign he has posted on the front of the counter. My little John tuna on wheat was pretty good.

Order the Big John and Pete today. Delivery to our work. Delivery was fast and friendly. The sandwich wasn't good. Tomatoes smush like day old a d refrigerated. WORSE- We didn't have much meat on our sandwiches. Shame the picture shows a hearty sandwich and eating at Jimmy's John's I know this was lacking meat. It was a thing layer. More lettuce and bread than meat. 2 combo and Delivery tip 30.00. Charge more and ge less seems to be the way things are now. I wish I had taken a picture of it.
