I got the #16 club lulu. The workers who made it made it the most juicy sandwich i have ever had. I crushed salt and vinegar chips onto the sandwich for extra crunch and that upped the game. Will br back tomorrow.

Donāt EVER eat here. Employees and Drivers donāt wash their hands when they come into the store just put gloves on. Employees and Drivers be have the restaurant smelling like weed. Deliveries be missing food and sides, deliveries be smelling like weed and cigarettes. Mangers be rude to customers. Store needs to be shut down. I will be calling corporate

I hope the āmanagerā whom I just got off the phone with who withheld her name, reads this. My son placed an online order at 5:48 and suprised me with food for the family and me. He did this because we currently (as in just last night) suffered a terrible tragedy in the family that resulted in death. Because of this Iāve found it hard to get out of bed, so my 18 year old took it upon himself to take care of me. A simple brownie he wanted to surprise me with was missing. It was not a big deal at all and I simply called to let them know and see what options I could have for maybe a replacement or to run one over since we do not live far (but I understand your busy). She immediately accused me of being rude which I found strange because I was completely level headed. I have no energy to argue over a silly brownie, and I felt she acted really strange to just jump straight to me being rude. She then proceeded to say Iām a liar and the brownie is in the bag. She knows it was in there. Again this is just bizarre to make such a huge fuss on her end over a brownie. She could have simply just said sorry and gave me a little 2.00 credit for a brownie in the future. But no, she didnāt and she continued to be rude. So I just hung up. But what you donāt know lady, is that Iām barely holding it together and Iām struggling with suicidal thoughts and working through a tragedy trying to be the best mother I can be and you being rude to me just set me down even lower. You have no idea how your words affect others. Iāve been in the service industry for 16 years and you simply cannot talk to customers that way, and being a server myself, I would never call and make a huge complaint over a brownie. It was more of just a āhey this happened, anyway I can get another one? If not thatās ok!ā And you were awful to me instead. It cost you nothing to be kind. You also do not know how close people are standing on the edge of life. Think carefully next time or get a different career

In simply called to find out when they closed. Didnāt order anything yet. On August 31 2024, a young girl answered the phone. I asked her my question, and she said: we close at 12 but donāt come in @ 11:50. I said: I will not be coming in at all with that attitude. She said: thank you, please donāt. She was very rude and proud of it. To the owner of this location: HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES OR SHUT DOWN.

I am officially done with this location. They have on three separate occasions, taken well over an hour to deliver my food. I will never order from here again after I placed a pickup order and it wasn't ready for a full thirty minutes. When I got home and opened it, the lettuce was brown. If it was a sandwich I probably would have brushed it off. It wasn't, the entire Unwhich was brown. The last few times I've had to call this location there never seems to be a manager around, so I'm not going to try again. I will simply just not return.

I order delivery from this location way too much. This location is like an abusive husband, and no matter how much he hits me, I never call the police and always go back. In my 30 years on this planet, i have never consistently had such terrible service. I order on all different days at all different times. Doesn't matter. Tonight, I waited over an hour for my delivery. Tried to call and cancel after 40 minutes but was told it was being delivered next. Food showed up 30 minutes later. Most of the time, my bag smells like weed, like the driver's hotbox on the way to deliver. Even if I was an avid smoker, I don't want my food smelling like that. It's just nasty. There is no place to leave a review on the app. This location needs to be shut down, or the owner needs to go in and clean house. In this day and age, we already expect the bare minimum when it comes to fast food. Somehow, this place always surprises me with worse service than I could have imagined.

This location is close to my work, so I visit quite often for lunch, and very rarely have a normal experience. Thereās one older gentleman that delivers orders via bike, that has helped me out a few times, and he is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. Literally every other employee I have dealt with has been comically unprofessional. Always listening to headphones or having conversations with other employees during the transaction; I typically donāt receive eye contact during the interaction. This is Jimmy Johnās, Iām looking to be in and out, and donāt expect much at all - just halfway friendly service and a correct order, but this is consistently ridiculous. Most recently, I waited 16 minutes for my sandwich. After I had been patiently waiting near the counter for a while, they realized they forgot to make my sandwich. With visible annoyance, they asked what I had ordered and made it. Once done, it was literally tossed onto the pick up counter as the employees talked and laughed together. No eye contact, no āsorry for the mixupā, āthank you for your patienceā, or āhave a nice dayā. I just got back to the office and realized it is missing both hot peppers and bacon. This particular location is staffed with folks who clearly havenāt had any shred of customer service training. If youāre hungry, just go to qdoba, noodles & co, or any other option close by. Train your employees.

I ordered the new FireCracker feast which includes the wrap, chips, cookie, and a drink. I received every item except for the chips, not a big deal right?I called and told them I didn't get the chips and whoever I spoke to the first time told me no problem, we'll get those chips to you.A moment later, I received a text from the deliverer saying that the chips were indeed in the bag and that she always takes a picture of inside the bag of every order because "situations like this", insinuating I was lying about the chips.Why would I lie about some chips? I just wanted to try the new chips and was disappointed that I didn't get them.I receive a call back from the store and it was the deliverer. She was trying to tell me that I was in the wrong and once again the chips were in the bag and she took a picture and she showed the picture to her manager. I asked her to send the picture to me to prove that she actually took it, but she refused. She told me she would redeliver the chips I did not get, but told me she was going to call me to meet at my door, which I agreed upon.She shows up with the chips, but creates a story that she saw someone walking on the sidewalk in front of my house and didn't know if that someone came on my porch and took the chips from my bag... I grabbed the order off of my porch as soon as I rcvd the text and picture of my incomplete order on my front porch which was right after she dropped it off ( I heard her walk up the steps). I didn't see this "someone" who would so boldly come on my porch and steal my chips.She was nice when she came back, but almost in a "you have to believe me, I did nothing wrong" kinda way. Why go through this false narrative and just admit the chips weren't in the bag, it's a bag of chips! If she has the picture and the manager saw it and concluded that "yes indeed the chips were in the bag", why didn't she show me?I didn't receive an item that I paid for, why all the lies and deceit? Just get me my chips to begin with.

Ordered delivery at 10:00 pm & it is now 12:26 am & still no food delivered!! At 11:00pm, I got the "YOUR ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY" & it never got delivered? I have ordered here MANY, many times. This is just sad, unprofessional, & I deserved at least a phone call or a message explaining WHY my food was never delivered for some strange reason.
