I did a large group order with Poplar Road Jimmy John's. The staff was outstanding! very responsive. followed our instructions needed. So impressed with the team. I talked to several team members, all were great including Teresa.

Everyone’s breathe stinks . Some of the workers be having a whole lot of dog hair on them everyday . They dnt pay their workers shit. Especially drivers.

We got into town late and wanted something fresher to eat than regular fast food. We ordered online a little after 9:30 pm. I always feel bad ordering so close to closing time. When we got there to pick it up it was 10-15 min before closing time. The staff was SO friendly and even thanked us for coming in! Food was good and crew even better!!

Absolutely everything about this JJ is amazing! 5 stars across the board. I was so sad when they let go of the kicken ranch but guess who gave me the recipe....they did. I also want to point out that the manger himself is an amazing guy. Very friendly environment. Very helpful. And they definitely take great care of their customers. We will be back most definitely!

We got sandwiches for lunch. We're vegetarians so we got their veggie sandwich. They are really good. It has provolone cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato and an awesome quacomole sauce. Worth trying for sure!

Kudos to the employees here!! The girl that appeared to be a manager was very informative of the questions I asked about other stores because the ones in my area have closed and she was really sweet!! The 2 young fellas making my sandwich was nice too!! I will drive across town again to location for sure!! Oh and my Gargantuan sandwich was awesome! I have so missed that since I worked at korrect and we ordered all the time for lunch! Thank u guys so much!! Great job ? ?

I would love to rate the sandwiches, but it’s been over an hour since we placed the order and were told twice, “the driver is out with a bunch of orders, so it’s gonna take a minute.” If the store is overwhelmed, just stop accepting orders. Or call and communicate what’s going on. Over an hour for a sandwich that’s less than a mile up the road is ridiculous.
Delivery driver texted me to let me know he dropped my Powerade, next thing I know he shows up with two of them. Customer service 10/10!
