The line where they make the sandwiches was a complete mess, bread, laying out, pickles laying out, crumbs everywhere, the floor was a mess, The area where they make the food was completely disgusting. So bad so I took one look around, and walked out within 20 seconds.
Food service workers need to be more cognitive of their surroundings, and what they touch while wearing the gloves that they make and prep food with.
I literally drove to the Dutchmans Lane location It has always been clean in the past.

I sat down after ordering 2 subs with no veggies, got up to check if the sandwiches was done and sat back down because they was not done. Way too long and never freaky fast.

Delivery bag was ripped wide open and my food was scattered across the porch. Dumb stuff like this only happens when they send out a 3rd party to deliver the food without my consent, and never when they use their own drivers. What an absolute waste of money...

Never had a problem with this location, go in they are always nice and say hello. Food is always great. My order is luckily the easiest and they are so fast making it and delivering it. Love this location a bunch will always come back!

The area manager of this place needs to be fired. Do not list yourself as open on Door Dash if you do not have any reasonable way to get the food to the customer. Grow up, get another job, do something else.
The poor employees of this lame corporate chain should quit en masse in protest. Your job should be forfeited and you should be considered unemployable for the rest of your life. Do better

I loved being greeted when I walked in. They did not get part of my order right the first time, so I had to go back. They handled the situation appropriately and swiftly swiftly.

As soon as we walked in, one of the workers looked at my lady and said "are yall in a happy a d committed relationship?" He then proceeded to stare at her for a gold 3 minutes instead of preparing our order. The man working the register had to tell him 4 times to put gloves on, stop staring, and prepare our food. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience for everyone.

Have usually been excellent with order accuracy. But the last three orders have been completely wrong. Don't know if it's just new staff that don't care enough to read the order or what, but I won't be ordering from them for quite a while.

Stay away from the "new" Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. They put so much balsamic glaze and other oils that it is just a big mess and the taste of the salami and mozzarella are drowned out. The paper it came wrappedin was totally soaked even before I opened it to eat. I showed it to an employee and they said that it looked like it was prepared correctly.

I ordered food for delivery. Service was fast. My sandwich however… was inedible… I ordered the new Caprese… there was so much oil on that sandwich it got my whole desk wet through the paper. I couldn’t even pick it up. I had to just throw it away.
