I ordered food for delivery. Service was fast. My sandwich however… was inedible… I ordered the new Caprese… there was so much oil on that sandwich it got my whole desk wet through the paper. I couldn’t even pick it up. I had to just throw it away.

I went in and all the employees just standing around. They asked me 3 times if I was waiting on something ? they was having a blast but it was okay with me though I grabbed 5 free bags of chips and no one noticed nor said anything and now this is my favorite spot to come to. Btw every table had crumbs, but you can’t beat free

This location is unfortunately one of the worst Jimmy John's I have been to. On the first visit the worker was visibly dirty and extremely smelly but the food was okay. Upon the second visit, the service was horrible and the food made us sick. We had to wait for the 2 staff members to finish their lunch 5 minutes after they opened before being helped, and I do not believe either washed their hands before going back to handling food. My sandwich was eaten within 5 minutes of it being made and it was already on the warm side. My partner and I were sick the entire day after eating here. The store is never the cleanest JJs but it seems to be getting nastier every week.

Ordered an hour before lunch. Had to call at the end of my break to have the order refunded. If you can’t make timely deliveries, then turn them off.

They refused to break a $50 bill for a $24 order. Said they won’t make change for a $50 or a $100 bill. You can’t make this stuff up. Had to leave and eat else were.
Vegetarian options: Got veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread. It was a great sandwich.

This Jimmy John's is the worst location! Every time I place an online order for pick up, it's never ready when I go to pick it up. I give them plenty of time. Freaky Fast does not mean 30 mins later! Then have to wait another 10-15 mins after I get there and tell them it's an online pick up. Not to mention 75% of the time the order ends up being wrong. Everyone is standing around like they're on drugs and have no clue what's going on! GET IT TOGETHER JJ!
