The quarter dark and big wings are very tender, juicy, crispy and yummy! The thigh is less juicy so I won't recommend it. I saw a lot of local folks here during lunch time. It must be a good place to visit if you are craving for fried chicken!

Not too hot and not too cold. Always a safe bet if you want something with just enough spice. Try the thighs.

It's way overpriced. The food is good, but nothing to brag about. Royal's is far better. The people were super friendly, no complaints about the service. At nearly $20 per person, there are many more valuable options out there. I won't go here again myself, but if my group wants to go, I won't stay home.

Everything was fine when I picked the order up. It's when I got home and realized they were missing a mac and cheese. It's not a big deal but my mother was disappointed. I went to call back to get a refund and that's the real issue. I called 5 times and no one awsnered. I was fine with that, I understand it gets busy. My real issues is the fifth time I called the picked up, but instead of picking the phone up and awnsering like they should they placed the phone on the counter to get it to stop ringing. I waited over a mintues. After this I tried calling back 10 mintues later and no awnser. Not only did they forget my mac and cheese, they didn't pick up the phone and was incredibly rude. This isn't the first time they have forgotten something on an order either. I understand things happen, but it happens every single time. We will not be back and I will be leaving the same review on yelp, and goggle maps.

Clean, and comfortable atmosphere. If you're a banana pudding fan, get ya some. Chicken is never dry but not greasy. Joellas fav has just enough heat to bring out the flavor. Try the Jojo sauce. My favorite.

The restaurant was pretty dirty in general. The teas were empty so we asked about getting some tea, and it never came. It was $8 for 2 drinks so not the end of the world but it was disappointing and we paid for it, a refund would have been nice. We don’t drink sodas, so getting that wasn’t an option.

Service was fine, a lot of dirty tables (they got cleaned while we were eating).
We remember the portions being better. Three tenders used to be massive, and now fit within the bounds of one small piece of bread. The mac and cheese didn't even fill the container it was in. I was excited to try the nuggets - as a better sauce vehicle! - and ordered a 16 piece. I got maybe 10 "nuggets" and the rest was just crunchies - 80% breading, 20% meat. The largest "nuggets" were about half the size of a chicken nugget at a fast food restaurant. The fries were the only thing that had the portion I remember.
Nothing tasted bad. I actually like all of their signature sauces. It's just really hard to justify this amount of food at a fast casual restaurant for $17.
