April did a fantastic job serving us her 4th day of serving here. We are very pleased with service and food. Will be back!
Food was overcooked. Definitely not worth the money.

My first time here was terrible the waitress Chelsie was rude and racist i gave her some instructions about spicy food; she forget the garlic bread and the food was Spicy. She started to clean the table before we finísh she never asked about the desert and she bring the check before we finísh so i felt like she was pushing us out. We notice the other waitress were so nice the server was nice too, when the waitresses bring the check in the black book, to us she bring the check without book and she threw it on the table honestly that was all. We had to talk with the manager he was surprised but very helpful thank you Michael.

It's not amazing seafood, but we're also not in the Gulf or on either coast. The service was fantastic!

TL;DR Food = good, service = VERY POOR
Visited Joe's for my 41st birthday on 12/14. Had a reservation as well. First off, there was a homeless person asking for money to every person sitting at the table, I complained to the wait staff. Next, my waiter was very slow in getting any orders to us in a timely manner and even told me he's 'scatterbrained' today. After a few mis-orders of our meals/drinks, we complained to the manager (had to wait 10min), we got comp'd a bit for this thankfully. All in all, will NEVER revisit, not worth the effort, especially since you have to pay for parking!
Parking: Don't waste your money paying for parking, go elsewhere

Unfortunately didn’t get the chance to eat at Joes Crab Shack due to the fact that it was $15 for parking.
Only complaint I have is I wish they had more non seafood options

Unfortunate for us we were there late so food was over cooked. My better half said it was probably an off night. Advise to be there before 8pm

Customer Service was superb! Julian was my server and was super nice. I didn’t like an entree and he was super nice about it, and had no problem fixing the issue. The manager Nicole was super nice and accommodating as well. Thanks Guys I enjoyed my dinner.

Main issue here is with parking. We just left another downtown area and pd $10 to park there. A few blocks to Joes & we had to pay again??? Come on Louisville do u want tourism $ or not? Make it easy for us to visit. Enjoyed "tourism lady" on corner downtown who shared local info.
Parking: City parking only. Must pay at each area downtown. See comments above. Understand even employees have to pay to park. REALLY Louisville??
