Always great food, getting too pricey but understand prices of seafood is up. But the reason I'm writing this is because we had the most delightful server we have met in years at any restaurant. Shelby is amazing, spectacular! So personable and accommodating. You need to keep her at any cost!! Just in case you have more than one Shelby, this one said she lives in Oldham Co. KY
Let's say that our Joe's crab shack is perfectly placed on the river. Now there is no restaurant parking. I'm not complaining, just so people have information you do need to pay at these machines before you go into the restaurant to eat. We decided to go eat outside today. Our server was pretty good and attentive and made sure our drinks were full as far as the decor. The restaurant is definitely interestingly decorated. I like all the shark things and definitely...
Need more servers. We waited at least 25 minutes to pay our bill. Server was trying but had too many tables. Food was fair with crab legs brought out with no utensils to open. Also grandsons had to share yellow utensil to split the crab legs! My spinach artichoke dip was terrible, swimming in oil.
