Our business has used John Conti for a long time. It was expensive but it was good. We even have positive Google reviews that mentioned your coffee. But I must say, that recently changed. The gourmet blend is different now. It's in different packaging. It's weak. It has no flavor. The creamer has changed too. It's not as good either. We might as well buy folgers and coffeemate. I think we will if the quality doesn't go back on the next shipment.

Very nice people, but I highly recommend truck drivers back up around the corner of their building to get into the docks. Not much room to turn around. I managed barely to get turned around by sliding my tandems all the way forward and getting someone to spot me so I didn't take out any parked cars.

We have tried most of the coffees out there for our office and customers, this the best!! Service is excellent!

Very nice people, fast delivery, parking towards the door is on the blind side.

In 1997 I started drinking coffee. Our office was located in a bank bldg, and I’d stop on the floor below us. They ask for a 25 cent donation. I later ask what kind of coffee it was. It was John Conti. I’ve drank it from that day on. I used to buy it at Krogers, then when you stopped selling it there, I ordered from Amazon, and ordered it directly from you at times, even though, the 1 lb bag was 8.99 and shipping was 8.99. I’ve called and writed several times to no avail. So now I find that Amazon doesn’t sell it either, and more importantly, on your website it is now 16.99 plus shipping. My husband offered to drive to Louisville from Lexington to pick up a supply, but instead I told him if I had to work this hard to be a customer maybe it was time for me to try something else. Well, this week I have found a coffee, available in our local grocery stores that indeed is very close to the same taste as the gourmet blend you have. You will not have to be bothered by me any longer. It is much too hard to try every avenue to get your coffee. I may be just one person and you won’t miss the revenue, but I have been a loyal customer since 1997. Loyalty should matter. Betty Smith 917 Jouett Creek Drive Lexington, Ky 40509 859-396-3620

Unpaid Review: John Conti has probably the worst tasting coffee that has ever caressed my taste buds. At first, I thought I was making a grave mistake and not making it correctly. Oh No! After many conversations with local coffee lovers and casual drinkers my suspicions were confirmed.John Conti is the epitome of "Bad Coffee". If you've ever wondered what "Bad Coffee" tastes like, like I used to wonder what a "Hoppy beer" tastes like then look no further than John Conti.

I love their chocolate raspberry coffee, so smooth and not bitter. Whenever I visit Louisville, I stock up on their coffee.

Friendly faces, clean and tidy lot easy to get in and out. Fast unloading but you have to blind side into dock.

Your aspartame packets are often empty! This is very rude indeed. I am finding another aspartame packet supplier ;-;
