I'm obsessed with Japanese food, I'm always in the mood for it. This was our first visit and we ordered smoked salmon, tamago (sweet egg) and unagi (eel) for appetizers. They were amazing. For entrée we had chicken katsu, their sauce was very thick and it was kind of pale, I didn't really care for it. Chicken katsu sauce isn't usually that thick and it has dark brown color. We also ordered deep fried sushi \\\"Oh! California\\\" (tuna, salmon, yellow tail and snapper inside with spicy crab and salad dressing, aonori and masago on top). They're giant and yummy. They have so many selections of sushi, so we will return some day.

I went with a friend to Juno for the first time this week and the food was great! I enjoyed everything we got. The place is authentic and staff is lovely. We ended up getting the Spring Rolls, combo Tempura (Shrimp \u0026 Veggies), Shrimp Tempura Roll, Spicy Cali, and Kiss on My List (Amazing!!!). We also got Shrimp fried rice to go and chicken and beef fried rice, both were good. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Juno is an authentic Japanese place with a l’âge variety of Sushi, sashimi, and Hibachi options that are to die for. The sushi plates are a piece of art and taste fresh and delicious, their chefs are very talented and their rolls are generously prepared. I came from Dubai to Louisville and was impressed to see the quality the service and the choices Juno has to offer. I just wish they open in the afternoon though

Pretty awesome very nice people, the food tastes amazing and their ramen is top notch. You feel like you can talk without everyone hearing you and that's much appreciated

We recently moved and have been on the hunt for our new favorite place for sushi; last night we finally found it. We were greeted immediately upon entering, the restaurant smelled and looked very clean. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away at a table with plenty of room-something we appreciated because we have a 10 month old daughter and lots of things. Our server, Steven, greeted us with a smile right away. We received excellent service. He brought us everything we could need and offered us sauce with our sushi- he left nothing for us to ask for! He was very kind and understanding of our little one making a mess, we never felt like a burden-of course we tipped a little extra for the inconvenience. The food was incredible, everything was so fresh and came out fast. The side salad was crisp, plenty of ginger dressing. We tried the jalapeño poppers (our favorite out of everything), the salmon and cream cheese roll (absolutely incredible), the spicy tuna roll and the dynamite roll. I also got a side of plain fried rice for our little one. Everything was outstanding tasting. The spicy tuna roll and dynamite roll did have pretty large pieces though, I will try to remember to ask for smaller pieces next time. The dynamite didn't end up being our favorite roll, it has 4 types of fish and we didn't like the different textures together, but it was still fresh-just not my cup of tea personally. The fried rice was delicious as well, it smelled so good I had to have a couple bites myself! Everything was reasonably priced, couldn't have asked for a better experience-which I really needed being a new stay at home mom. We definitely will be back soon.

Good food, nice service and nice decor. Had their pineapple jalapeño marg and it was really small for the price but yummy.

Of all japanese restaurants I visited so far in Louisville, since last March, Juno stands as the best, due to the quality of the food and the fish. Also, great atmosphere, people and Chef Ryan!

Tried Juno Japanese Restaurant for lunch, our first visit. The restaurant has a high inspection rating - 98%. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. There is a bar - we did not have alcohol containing drinks. There's a Hibachi area that was busy. The hibachi tables seated 10 people. There's plenty of parking, several handicapped spaces. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. We sat in one of many booths in the sushi area. There were also seats at the sushi bar. We had: Squid salad Unagi Roll Tempura combo Double Dragon roll Spider Roll Green tea Juno D lunch combo - 6 Nigiri and 6 sashimi w/ green salad & ginger dressing. The sashimi and Nigiri pieces were very generous portions. Going home w/ a big bag of leftovers for later Everything was VERY good. Only notation was the rolls were rolled a little loose....no problemo, just used our fingers
