Everytime I try place a order someone deliberately hangs up the phone over and over and over again so I couldn’t get my lunch before I went to work The older lady is so rude.

The atmosphere in this restaurant seemed wonderful. Establishment was clean, inviting.. The man taking our order did a little huff and puff but I did not think it was directed at us, more of a... 'this isn't my job kind of thing'. I did not sweat that, understandable, lol.I. Love. Food. I love exploring new (to me) restaurants. This isn't something new I wanted to try though. I love chicken tonkotsu Ramen. It's one of my absolute favorite dishes, the crispy cook on the meat while juicy inside... the deep, flavorful broth... the bamboo shoots.. I love everything about the dish, slurping the broth and all, bowl left empty. This was by far the nastiest... nastiest Ramen I have ever been served. The chicken was fried soft no batter or anything...no crispness to it whatsoever, no bamboo shoots. The chicken was diced up and maybe just cooked in some butter and seasonings. None of the flavors were there and it honestly lacked more than anything. When I lived in Florida, Domu had some of the best Ramen. In Lexington, KY- Umé by far. I'm not sure if they thought I would not know this wasn't what I ordered (because I was American or who knows..) but it was absolutely one of the most disappointing things I've ordered since living in Louisville. I won't be returning. Photos of the Ramen.

Great food and wonderful atmosphere. I finally found a hibachi place that has the quality and selection I'm looking for. Highly recommend this spot, they have dozens of choices for sushi and the food was superb.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Brought my five year old and one year old and the waiter was great with both of them.

Had a craving for sushi and decided to stop by Junos. We are so pleased that we decided to eat here, the food was amazing not just tasty but aesthetically pleasing. We both had drinks the hot sake is perfect and the Sapporo is crisp in a cold glass.I also really loved the traditional decor so cute all around.Very fresh food I would definitely recommend and come back for more.

The Chef was awesome and went the extra mile for my 5 year old grandson who wanted scrambled eggs when he saw the prep for the fried rice.I was very disappointed with their pricing. We had 5 Adults and 5 Children under 8 years old and our lunch bill was $200.00All of the child meals were over $10 dollars. Also they charged a sitting fee of $10 in error and because the manager was not there to reverse the charge they left it on my bill even when I pointed out the error. The food was good and I hope the $10 dollar uncorrected error was worth it because I will not be returning. Juno is NOT a good value for families with small children.

Was in town for meetings and Juno was next-door to my hotel. I walked over the first thing I noticed was the parking lot was really empty. It was about 7:45 PM, but still expected more gas than what I was saying. Based on the previous yelp reviews, I decided to still give it a try. Their servers were a little slow especially since the restaurant was empty. I ordered steak and shrimp hibachi. The Asian salad was good but may be a little bit too much dressing. My entrée was a little different than I have had at other Japanese restaurant. One thing I did like was, it was not extremely oily as I experience before, it was pretty good. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The fried rice only had onions in it and was a little starchy for brown rice. Overall, it was a pretty good meal. Just not sure if I would come back.
