It was my 1st time at the truck and the food was exceptional. Had chicken and shrimp hibachi and wasn't disappointed. Good size portions fast service glad they are in my area.. Will recommend Kabuki to all my friends

I am so disappointed! This meal was so trash. The reviews for the location are so good... So I finally decided to try it out today. I don't know if my meal was just off or what. The steak and chicken were horrible. I tried to make myself eat it but I started spitting it out. I had to stop. Both the chicken and steak was hard to chew. The steak was actually very questionable. The egg roll was not even good. It did not look or taste like it was cooked all the way. I will not be returning. I would not even try them again it was free.. the only thing I'd eat again is the vegetables.

If you're looking for an experience a little bit different to drive thru fried food. This is definitely a place to add to your list. We visited pretty late last night around 8, and there was only 1 car waiting. The staff was so friendly and quick that they took our order, and then we were able to take a buzzer to our car and hang out and wait. Once the food was ready, it came with a delicious duck sauce? Eel sauce? Mayo? Some sort of sauce, and it was delicious. The meat was well cooked, and our food was hot and tasted better than fried what not. Thank you!

Look I quit doing reviews but the food from here was so damn good ?? ? I will definitely be good back. If you like hibachi you need to try this food truck
Would like to start by saying that the staff of two that ran this were as diligent as can be. They were there working up to closing at 8:30PM with people still coming in. The size of the shrimp was massive for a food truck! That was my favorite part. The other parts were solid, but not exceptional. That said, keep up the good work!
