Used to be chill with dogs. Even outside was too much to deal with in 35f climate. I think a friend of the bouncer had a dog in earlier. Just need to be consistent. Have a consistent message at the front instead of excuses. Used to be a favorite place to hang until tonight.

I love this weird little place. It is off the beaten path, but will frequently host music and comedy shows. It's well worth a visit. It's a small place, but a really fun one, with a great vibe.

Great mix of Japan and Germantown, really creative use of the space and excellent drink and food selections. Trivia night doesn't consume the entire bar and felt very welcoming for first timers. Highly recommend the sake and eating everything in sight!

Kaiju is one of the best bars in Louisville. Come for the live music, video games, food, great drinks, and a safe atmosphere. They have really cool sakes, soju, all sorts of Japanese alcohols, and great beer and a full liquor selection for mixed drinks. The bartenders are all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. My favorite thing about Kaiju is the delicious sushi.

Kaiju is a good bar and hangout place. It skews younger but still had a nice atmosphere and fun goings on like stand-up and video games and some other shows. I've never had the food, but that fact you can get cup noodle or sushi in the evenings or late at night seems like a plus. I've been here a few times for comedy night or just to have a beer, and it's great for that.
