Through communication dedicationand simple empathy Mrs Pam was able too handle my order and her staff was there too listen and assist her every step of the way. Merit raises are definitely needed here for her and her crew. I'm grateful for this evening too have met her. She made a not a strange in the community but a friend.God blesses Us every single day and I pray KFC continues too bless you and the crew .As Drake Says" I'm so proud of You,"Yall Blast That ? The kfc at 19th BroadwayI know everyone is short handedI was told they had spicy white meat than they told us it was cooking some it would be another 15 minutes we was there almost 45 minutes very upset!

Hey, it KFC. Love the chicken nuggets. The service is quite slow. Was only two of us at the counter. They cared more for the drive through customers then us at the counter. And lock the doors two hours early so you couldn't walk in. QUOTE: Because we trying to leave out on time. So we don't want anyone in the lobby.

I just spent 50 on a meal for my kids and I. The food I paid for was only partially there. For instance I got no biscuits, i paid for gravy and received only 1 full cup though I paid for 2. I got 1 cup half full and 1 that was 1/3 full as I ordered 2 mashed potatoes and Gravy and they don't put the gravy on the potatoes. essentially I am missing about $8 worth of food which I paid for. I go to call the store and can't get through though I called multiple times.

The chicken was too small for the price and it was old. The worker was not courteous at the window or on the mic. I will not go back to 19th & Broadway KFC again. GET SOME BETTER
They always close early and if they do stay open, they close the dining room at 6 o’clock and then the drive-through is backed around the building stay away from the
