This particular kfc on Bardstown road was the worst experience ever and the chicken was even worse 😫 it was under battered it was under cooked and it took 40 minutes and it still was under cooked it was disgusting I should have took a photo but I gave the 8pc bucket to some random people I ate 1 pc & was grossed out.

Went here for dinner while traveling. It was one of those days that KFC sounds so good, so I was excited when I saw it was close to the hotel. The original recipe was little undercooked on the larger pieces and all very oily. I like grease chicken, but this was to much. The staff didn't engage much. The place looked new.
Don't ever try to buy a chicken sandwich 20 minutes before they close, they turned me away tonight because they didn't want to cook it! Such bad service!!!

The meal was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant seemed pretty well kept and clean, will definitely stop again if I am in the area!
I ordered a six piece original. I had Uber eats deliver. As usual the food was delicious and delivered when they said it would be.I definitely recommend this KFC restaurant.
I came through the drive thru at 1030 the girl taking the order was rude even through the speaker. You could tell by her tone of voice and slowness in moving she was either tired, didn't feel well, or just ready to be anywhere but there. I ordered a famous bowl and slaw. Although one needed to stay cold and one hot they were placed in the the same bag and given to me no spork no napkin. I had to wait several minutes for the cashier to open the window. I told her I needed a spork and napkin she had to turn off whatever was playing on her ear buds. She gave Me the 1 minute finger and walked slowly out of sight returning with my spork and napkin. Since she still had not said a word I smiled ear to ear and said "thank you very much you have a wonderful night" She said,"Thank you " the chicken. was ice cold. Just a bad experience all the way around. I don't know cashiers name because her Nike hoodie was zipped all the way up covering where a name tag would go. Receipt says Aniyia.

I ordered online, the 8 piece tender, and the 8 piece chicken meal, which included one large fry, 1 large mashed potato with gravy, and 1 large coleslaw. On the side, I also ordered an additional large mashed potato with gravy. A large coleslaw and a large Mac and cheese. I waited well over an hour for my food. I get my food only to see that they shorted me a coleslaw. I go back in. I get my coleslaw and I leave. Only to get halfway back to my house and realize I should have looked harder because they completely forgot to give me the 8 piece tinder. This location specifically is a joke, and I highly suggest whoever is in the upper management position above the general manager hop on one of these hiring apps and start filtering through some people and try to find some new management for that location because that is ridiculous. I work in food and I have worked in food for a very long time. So I completely understand the other side of things inside, the restaurant but waiting again well over an hour. Only to receive part of my meal, it's absolutely ridiculous. I would strongly recommend if you plan ongoing to this location. Just don't.
