The worst place to go I was at the counter and one of the employees I thought was going to take my order ask was I picking up a order then when I said I need to order as I named my order he responded with aw I’m tryna deal with everyone else before you order then I sat 30 min without any help

I have been to this kfc twice in the last 30 days. The first time, doors were locked and cones in the drive thru. It was noon (lunchtime) so we ate somewhere else. Tried again today, placed an online order. Got there and the doors were locked. So we got in the drive thru. After 15 minutes, a rude lady on the speaker says anybody take your order. I say no we have an online order. She then tells us we have to pull around to the other side and park and wait because nothing is done. We left without any food being we only had a 30 minute lunch. 0 stars if I could. Will not attempt this location again.

The lady taking the order was Rude. When the order was wrong and i asked for the correct order. I got a dirty look and a roll of the eyes.. I was nice and respectful.If you don't like your job quit and find somewhere that you dont have to serve anyone.....

I don't even know where to start with this review. I've never been to this location before and when I got there, it was empty so I'm thinking it shouldn't take long. I waited what felt like 45mins for my food, I'm assuming because on the online orders in front of me. The lady said it'd be a wait, but I expected 15, 20mins. I live 20mibs from here so when I got home and I went to feed my family, we were all disappointed in what we got. I got the 14pc 2lg sides and 4 biscuits. The biscuits were good and the fries were soggy like they were under cooked. Now let me talk about this chicken, it was wet, like nasty wet. It had no, crunch to it. It was so wet it was basically falling apart and some of it didn't even have skin/crust on it. Some of the pieces looked like they had been thrown across the floor (yes, I'm posting pics as well). We attempted to eat it anyway since it was getting late, we were so far away, and I don't have money to just throw away. After a couple of bites, it wasn't worth trying to continue to eat it. I will never eat here again when I can just go to Popeyes.

Whole place sucks. Food is decent because the employees have nothing to do with that, but the service sucks. ordered online and they got busy and let someone else STEAL my order without checking and wouldn’t refund me my money for the purchase. workers are… Just don’t go here. ew lol
