I placed my order online about 2 hrs before I would get there, I adjusted arrival time but was still 10 min late. My order was not ready, which was no problem. HOWEVER I had to wait 20 more min. The bucket with the chicken had at least 1/2 inch of grease in the bottom, plus the chicken was so hot, as it cooled it stuck to the sides and bottom so every piece pulled in half.on top of that I paid for 8 pcs and only received 6..I had to just throw it away. $28 is a lot of money to throw away.

If i could give this a zero i would Watched the food prep guy throw at least 3 health code violations up in the 20 minutes we were there. From no gloves to gloves that touched raw chicken then cooked chicken all the staff were on their phones and not mindful of customers waiting for service. 10 of 10 do not recommend.

Ordered Original recipe 2 thighs slaw, green beans, biscuit. I was told there was only 1 thigh and my second choice was a leg. Chicken size was a bit small. Green beans were hot and fresh. Coleslaw was creamy. Biscuits were very hard and chewy. Dining area was clean and well kept. We were not offered any sauces or given any napkins. Napkins not provided in the Dining area. It was very difficult to get the attention of any employee after we got our food so we went without napkins. As we were leaving I needed to wash my hands so I went to the restroom and the door required a code to unlock. So back to trying to get someone's attention just to be able to have clean hands. Overall food was good and hot without a long wait. Clean dining area.

In 15 years this place remains terrible. I go about every 2 years because I love KFC, but this place always serves nasty old food that's hard as a brick. I literally broke my tooth on a "biscuit" never going back. I have to get KFC in Houston or when I go out of town to enjoy it. Terrible.

The service was great through the drive through. However, I went in because I didn’t get my fry’s with my meal. Secondly, I wanted a refund for this chicken sandwich that just wasn’t fresh the person that helped me in the dining room, could have had a little more patience being that I’m the one with the wrong order. I still appreciated the refund for the sandwich overall, still didn’t get my fry’s.

The food was good but the one thing I didn't like was that the manager didn't have the kid (serving sides) to wear gloves, he would grab the mashed potatoe bowls with his bare hands and had his fingers on the inside of the bowls which I thought was disgusting considering all the viruses and germs around, then he licked his finger after spilling gravy on it.I guess seeing that the manager wasn't wearing gloves he thought he didn't have to.Glad to say all the other food handlers were wearing gloves because if they weren't I wouldn't have purchased the food, I threw the potatoes away when I got home.

I waited for my food, and when he brought it out, he said nothing, jut put it on thee counter and walked away. I checked the order once in my car, already cold, and left. I will never step foot in this place again. It was pathetic and unfriendly. This was the one on Blankenbaker. You could tell the guy working hated his job.

Took forever to get my food to me. Tried to go through the drive-thru, and they made me pull forward, and we had to go inside for it, and everyone was high. They tried to slide the fun at us down the counter. It spilled everyone, and they asked us to clean it up for them. Food tasted great when we finally got it though.
Very cleanly maintained. Friendly staff. Food was hot and delicious.

I went to KFC last night at 3400 Bardstown Road. I bought the 3 piece chicken big box, with cole slaw and mash potatoes and gravy, which came with a biscuit, I got a sweet tea. I get home and decided to pull the skin off the chicken and when I did this was on my chicken. Some kind of white substance in a clear substance with what looks like little black bugs. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!
