My order took 20 minutes longer than I expected, I had to leave because the driver couldn't find my exact address, and when I received my order I had the ashes of more than one cigarette inside my bag, I really don't know how that's possible, it's the first time I've bought with delivery included at KFC and it really didn't go well at all.

Just a year ago a 3 piece big box was $7.49 now your lucky to get it for about $15. Chicken nuggets are small bits like popcorn chicken and as for a sandwich what's up with pickle, cheese and special sauces give me a plain original like Chick- Fil-A. KFC is way too expensive I don't see how they stay in business.
I decided to order online to save time. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:40 PM. I arrived at 4:50 PM. The order was not ready. I was asked to stand aside and wait. During this time, customers who arrived much later than me were getting their orders and leaving. Several customers simply left without waiting for their turn. In the end, I picked it up at 5:20 PM. No one even apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, I didn't check my order on the spot. Later it turned out that instead of a burger they gave me nuggets (which ended up in the trash). Terrible service. Extremely unfriendly and unmannered staff. I recommend to everyone: choose another place.

Not a good visit at this location. Bought a 12pc nugget and drove about 5min home. Nuggets were hard as a brick and not hot or fresh. They obviously had been sitting a long time and should not have been served to customers. Disappointed visit.

Ordered original recipe and got extra crispy. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy plus coleslaw. They sent 2 orders of fries.
The one on Dixie highway, I ordered extra crispy and got NOTHING crispy. This KFC is CRAP!!!! I'll never go there again
