Worst KFC I’ve seen. Took 55minutes to receive order, no apology, service terrible on last two visits. Save yourself a trip, go somewhere else for chicken. Order was extremely greazy, whole box fell apart. Pot pie was good tho

The KFC on Dixie Highway and Valley Station Road never has anything ready. Every time we go, they tell us it will be 10 to 15 minutes to get something to eat. For some reason, their manager or someone else in corporate told them to cook as they go evidently. They never have pot pies and they never have chicken ready and numerous people just drive away. This hasn’t happened just once but almost every time we go to that store, my wife and I say to each other “let’s see if they have anything available“.

Terrible literally told us to pull up we waited 15mins for food that was already DONE I finally went inside to see if it was and there it was just waiting no one brought it out to us like they said they were the women who took our orders can’t hear for nothing got almost the whole order wrong but honestly that’s the least of it…

If you go their before 8:00pm you might as well not go at all !! They'll string you along for a hour or more or as long as they can to get you to cancel your order because they to busy closing ! The sign says 10:00pm , might as well say closing at 8:00 pm ! Instead of wasting your time !!

Overall, KFC really was a nice place to visit that morning. It was early and the food was fresh. It hadn’t been sitting there. The lady was nice. Brought out my food and I enjoyed every bit of it.

If I could leave -1 I would. My family and I visit this location 10-28-2025 around 7 pm. I ask for my order to be cook to order. Which was 2 of the $3.99 chicken sandwichs with fries and a number 5. Chicken was hard along with the bread # 5 was old biscuit was undercooked. Highly displeased with the service there. Will not be going there again.

2nd time I've been to this location and left without food. First time, walked in 2 people waiting in front of me that had already ordered. About 10 minutes go by no one even acknowledged us. We left. Tonight I placed an online order at 8:38 pm. Said ready in 15 minutes. Get to the store at 9pm cashier says there's a 45 minute wait on chicken. How are you out of chicken at 9pm on a Saturday and you close at 10? Make it make sense.

All the food was cold old and hard. They gave 2 tenders but it was suppose to be 3 piece meal for 10 dollars. Im not got back.
Everytime I order online and when I get there to pick up the kids havent even looked at the screen to see that they even have a online. Have to wait for them to box my food and sometimes have to wait for it to be cooked.

I just picked up a kids meal with 5 pieces nuggets and when got home a gave it to my 3 year old she started crying saying it was hot,when I bite on it it was so spicy not sure if it was black pepper or what it is but you guys have to do better this is made for kids I was not even able to handle the spicy it is how you think a toddler can,been your customer for ever because we live closed by but this is unacceptable and no one will answer the phone

We dined in. When the order was taken I had mentioned 1 order was Crispy chicken, the other Original. Orders were all wrong. Chicken were very oily, and burnt. The older lady at the counter was very nice trying her best for good service. This KFC needs more motivated employees. They need to change !!! NOT GOING BACK !!!
