2nd time I've been to this location and left without food. First time, walked in 2 people waiting in front of me that had already ordered. About 10 minutes go by no one even acknowledged us. We left. Tonight I placed an online order at 8:38 pm. Said ready in 15 minutes. Get to the store at 9pm cashier says there's a 45 minute wait on chicken. How are you out of chicken at 9pm on a Saturday and you close at 10? Make it make sense.

All the food was cold old and hard. They gave 2 tenders but it was suppose to be 3 piece meal for 10 dollars. Im not got back.

Everytime I order online and when I get there to pick up the kids havent even looked at the screen to see that they even have a online. Have to wait for them to box my food and sometimes have to wait for it to be cooked.

I just picked up a kids meal with 5 pieces nuggets and when got home a gave it to my 3 year old she started crying saying it was hot,when I bite on it it was so spicy not sure if it was black pepper or what it is but you guys have to do better this is made for kids I was not even able to handle the spicy it is how you think a toddler can,been your customer for ever because we live closed by but this is unacceptable and no one will answer the phone

We dined in. When the order was taken I had mentioned 1 order was Crispy chicken, the other Original. Orders were all wrong. Chicken were very oily, and burnt. The older lady at the counter was very nice trying her best for good service. This KFC needs more motivated employees.
They need to change !!!

Went to pick up DoorDash pick up order and was told “we have no food” …like what do you mean you “have no food” why are you guys open then??? Very strange.

Unfortunately, I chose the wrong KFC, to go to. This restaurant didn't have any Coleslaw to 11am in the morning, the mashed potatoes where watery and didn't taste like potatoes and there was no biscuit. KFC Corporate isnt answering the phone or emails, I spent $7.00 for a small Chicken breast and the KFC store REFUSED to make it right, stating I had to notify the Corporate Office.

Came thru here yesterday to get the 8 piece family meal and the free bucket after u spend 15 dollars. Really should have went elsewhere for one when I pulled up to drive thru Menu and told them I had a online order after it had told me it was ready I was told to pull up and wait then the worker come out and brought someone else there food to which they brought it back in because it wasn't all there. Finally mine gets brought out had told him at the Menu to put certain sauces in the bag comes out with no sauces and I told him when I seen only one bucket of chicken I ordered 16 pieces and I asked if it was all in there he said it was. When I asked for sauces again he gave me annoyed look and went to walk away to which I said aren't u gonna ask what I want comes back with sauces all different from what I said I wanted smh. When the food was brought out after just having surgery I had to get out of my car because the worker was to lazy to walk around the railings twice and seemed very annoyed I asked if the chicken was in there our asked for sauce with 16 pieces of chicken. When I got home noticed seven pieces was missing chicken was cold and greasy my son would not eat it after the first couple bites. Really a waste of money and time will not be back and honestly want my money back. When u buy 39 dollars worth of food to feed a few people and there not enough to go around like there should have been it's really upsetting. Also have been burping Grease and stuck on the toilet smh. This was also my first time using KFC rewards figured I'd give KFC a chance not the KFC I remember. Came in the store to get the rest of my chicken and I an shocked how yum does there employees no ac 97 degrees in dining room I was drenched within ten minutes soaked called customer service and only got a partial refund and was told I'd get 1500 rewards points which I never got .will never use KFC again going forward done Popeyes apparently cares not only about there food but employees and customers. Never received a call back a second time apologizing out giving a a full refund.
Chicken is soggy unless you get extra crispy. There is always a lot of yellow fat under the chicken skin. This is about KFC USA in general

this kfc sucks!!! they always run out of food & honestly need a whole new crew! they don’t take orders & make you wait for an hr for no reason to tell you thru don’t have enough chicken

Got shorted on the pieces in the bucket. When we asked them to make it right, they did, but theyl employee had an attic about it.
