Went to the kfc today to get my husband's food. I ordered three piece chicken dinner told him what pieces that I want pieces was not in there. I had to tell him about it and then when I get to where my husband is, there's not a biscuit in there either, so whoever's preparing the orders Needs to pay attention to what they're doing. That's why I hate going through drive-through. They're always missing something it's not right.

First the positive. The sweet tea and root beer soda were fine. And I didn’t have to ask for napkins.Everything else was bad. The chicken, old. The fries, old &cold. The biscuits, hard. The honey, definitely not what it used to be.It had been so long since I’d been to KFC , thought I’d use a coupon and go. Lesson learned. I tried calling, no answer. So now Google will hear my cries.

I usually don't do reviews but this was the most different tasting I have ever had at KFC..I knew something was not right from the color of the chicken it was very light, and most places it's more a darker brown..it has absolutely no taste to the point i asked a friend that works at one do they batter the chicken or do it come in that way n yall just fry it..it was completely tasteless!!!!

Was very disappointed with the food. I ordered on Sunday around 2pm. It was a 8 piece with Cole Slaw and Corn. I was told to pull past the drive-thru and wait. So I waited an extra 10 minutes for the food. The chicken was very chewy and the corn was awful. The bright spots were the wings and biscuits.Parking: Nowhere to go when they tell you to pull forward except Dixie Hwy.

The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was the prices I paid for the quality of the food. $30+ for a chicken sandwich meal and several of the mini chicken boxes. It's not worth $30. KFC, you are not Chic Fila. Stop charging these high prices when the food is not worth it.
