Love kfc food but this location is a joke every time I've attempted to use the dine in facility in the last month regardless of the time of day I've been told lobby is closed for poor staffing. Yesterday 5 employees where in the restaurant and I was told lobby was closed. Left and went to the newcut location they had 3 people working and yet lobby and drive thru was open. I told them about 3rd street refusing to open lobby and they gave me corporate phone number and asked me to call they said it's a ongoing problem

Wow, was surprised at the lack of service. Wanted two orders of the saucey wings, was told they do not sell them. They are online, she never expressed any alternatives, so I went to Lee's. Maybe she was having a bad day. Still rude. Won't go back there again. Saucey wings are on line, see them on TV commercials, what a bad experience, rude service, and lack of interaction.

For one manager was very rude $4.59 for one piece of chicken that is outrageous I will start going to Popeyes KFC sucks anymore
Can't believe the size of one of my pieces of chicken (had to be from a Cornish hen)!!! The chairs there are flat hard wood and are very uncomfortable and evidently they don't know how to wipe them down because every one had crumbs and such ..... don't really recommend dining in there

Took Finn to grab the 5 dollar deal! 2 pieces; leg and thigh and a biscuit with a small side. A great date night deal even though we brought the dog. Finn loves her chicken. Service was quick and with a smile. The chicken was hot and fresh and the coleslaw was ice cold.
