I placed an order thru drive thru. One of my side's was left out of order. I called and spoke to Clarissa, who asked me all the questions. What time, what was the order, what's your receipt number. Unfortunately I did not ask for my receipt. But clarissa found my receipt, took my name, and put it in the book. I went in today and they offered to replace my whole meal!!!I just got something smaller, but they comped it all.I'm sorry I didn't get the guys...
