I want there to grab wings and wedges on my lunch. 2 in the afternoon and my wedges were soggy and the wings were so old they were hard. Then when I pulled the chicken off, it was still red by the bone . Sadly disappointed.

It's hard to rate the food. I stood and waited so long to order but the staff jut stood on the other side of the room and chatted away while three of us waited. After a long wait I finally just gave up and left as clearly those people were not concerned about their customers. This was all well after the noon rush time. I won't patronize businesses that treat their paying customers so poorly.

Service was horrible. Person working (I think mgr) was extremely rude. Chicken was small and overcooked. Fries were cold and slaw tasted gross. Didn't want to complain because she was horrible!!!! Was way overpriced for what we got.

I Went through drive thru, tried to place an order and the lady on the other end had a horrible attitude, tried to tell her what we wanted and she kept coming back with sarcastic responses. Told her to have a nice day and we drove off without ordering. Will not return to that location.
