I don’t usually post reviews but this place needs at least one new person. I Went through drive thru, tried to place an order and the lady on the other end had a horrible attitude, tried to tell her what we wanted and she kept coming back with sarcastic responses. Told her to have a nice day and we drove off without ordering. Will not return to that location.

A True Kentucky Fried Experience (with one minor suggestion!)
I absolutely loved my visit to this KFC location! As someone looking for the authentic Kentucky Fried Chicken experience while in Kentucky, this place totally delivered.
First and foremost, the food was outstanding. The flavor here is genuinely better than any other KFC I've visited elsewhere – it truly tastes like the real deal. I highly recommend their food! There were also lots of choices on the menu, which was great.
Beyond the delicious chicken, the overall atmosphere was very welcoming, and ordering was a breeze. We saw two staff members who were incredibly prompt in getting our order to us, which we really appreciated.
My only suggestion, and it's a minor one, would be for better bathroom cleanliness. While everything else was fantastic, a little more attention there would make the experience truly perfect.
Despite that small point, this KFC is a must-try for anyone seeking a genuine and delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken meal. I'll definitely be back!

When attempting to order in the drive-thru the cashier kept interupting and acting like he had somewhere to be. This was over an hour before posted closing time. He was in such a rush he ignored my request for no corn on a famous bowl. When I stated it at the window they said they would remake it, the new bowl still had corn. Will not be returning to this site.
The chicken taste like it has been cooked in old oil. It made me sick to my stomach. I won't be going there any more, absolutely horrible. The drive thru service was horrendous and they are not friendly at all.

My husband & I love this KFC. It's always our go-to place before Sams Clue. But.... this last few times we've gone through the drive-through, and they have been rude, Rushy,& like we are an inconvenience to them. The guy in the drive-through acted annoyed because I wanted to wait on fries. He said they gonna take 5 minutes. I said, That's ok. It's for my son. He looked at me and said Pull around. I'll bring your food out in a few. I said ok thank you. I waited about 10 minutes. He comes out with my bag. Hands it to me through the window. Didn't make eye contact and walked away as I'm saying thank you. He goes to the car next to me, opens I'm guessing another workers door, and starts talking to him. I'm tired of being nice to people who are just so dang room.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is no different than in a cemetery. No feeling or welcoming energy ever. The employees look miserable. And there is never anyone that can help. Self-service machines don't work and management. Non-existent. Wow. And they are still in business. Damn shame
Kayla is the best. I only like to come when she's working. I get my food way faster when she's working and it's always right when she's working. She's always been so nice and helpful, always makes sure I'm good to go with anything I need. Now I'm only ordering if she is there because she can do the order the right way, nothing is ever missing or messed up.
Parking: Easily 10 spots up front, more behind.
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicap spots with plenty of space. Wish they were closer, but very spacious
