Excellent food and friendly staff! This is the best chicken and sides I have ever had from a KFC! Everyone was so very nice and the restaurant was clean inside and out including the bathrooms! The service here and the food really stood out as being great and deserves more stars if there were more available to give! They kept the drive thru running smoothly as we ate in the dining area. Very nice and this is now my main go to location! WOW! Wish all restaurants could be this accommodating to customers! What a refreshing pleasant experience! Will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends, family and coworkers! Love this location! Everything was perfect! ššš

Whoever owns this KFC needs to fire the entire crew that worked the night of 12/5. I've never dealt with a service employee that was as rude as the person taking orders was last night. One word replies, closed the drive thru window on me mid question. I've never seen someone so visibly hate their job which I get it's KFC but Jesus just quit why stay that miserable.
To top it off we ordered honey bbq wings I guess they were out of original wings so they just made the executive decision to make 9 of the wings with spicy wings and the 3 original they must've had laying around for 5-6 days were tossed in as a consolation prize I guess.

So I was Door Dashing yesterday and ordered a chicken sandwich because I had to go to KFC for an order. When I get there I was told they never received my order. I must have ordered at a different store. I left to deliver my food and checked my phone and no it was this KFC. So after making my delivery, I went back. Guess what my sandwich was there. They tried to give it to me after it sat there for 30 minutes. I asked for my money back but they said I'd have to contact door dash, even though it was their mistake. So I had the manager remake the sandwich. I ended up getting a mayonnaise sandwich with attitude.

I would them worse if I could. We purchase a bucket of chicken last night that was so greasy that you couldnāt eat it and we threw it in the trash and called to complain. They took our name and were to replace it the next day.When we went to pick it upwe checked it before leaving and this time it had more grease than before. When we refused to take it and asked for a refu d we were told they donāt do that and weād have to speak to the general manager, which we will do tomorrow. We werw told āThatās how we cook our chickenā. We have NEVER gotten chickenthis greasy beforeā¦. You could literally pour the grease out of the bucket! We will never eat at KFC again and will certainly share our experience to anyone who will listen. No wonder Chic-Filet beats them hands down

Wanted to add one more mashed potatoes to my order. The woman at the serving window said no. Go around and make new order. Said it wouldn't be fair to the people behind me in line. Told the cashier I didn't care about the people behind me. Please sell me one more portion of potatoes. I told her she was giving poor service. She said sorry and closed the window. POOR SERVICE WHY??

I wish I could remember the name of, who seemed like the manager, amazingly nice woman & her efficient crew!!! Went in with my family on Thursday night 10/9/25 for a bucket & a couple Chicken bowls & they were all so efficient, professional & just down to earth nice people! Thank you all & I hope that someone recognizes you & your team!!! God bless!
