Went around 8.50pm. I called my order in to pick up, first of all when I pulled up it was really dark lobby lights out it looked deserted. Pulled up to drive thru to pick order up got order they left one wing out pulled back around the girl was rude and gave me a little wing the size of a quarter. She could of done better my fries was cold they had to get remade. The location closes at 10 so don't know why food cold. I will never go back to this location I don't get smart with the employees I just won't go back it's more than one KFC. But seriously this location needs to get better employees with customer service experience I've done restaurant work for over 30 years and this location is very unorganized and I do believe the employees only work for a check. I know they are not going to get discipline because these days places just need help and people to come to work. They can not get my money ever again.

Went there to order 3 piece tender combo. When I asked for mashed potatoes for my side I was told no by the cashier. I thought maybe I misunderstood her ABās asked again and she told me no again. So I pulled off and went to raising canes and got exactly what I ordered and it was cheaper.

NO BUFFET! Dont go for a buffet. Itās been closed down since 2019 but there is still a sign .5. Mile down the street. Service was good and food was standard KFC . Matt was an amazing employeeā¦ very kind and came to get our tray. Please just take down the damn sign!
They rushed our chicken it wasnāt dropped right no pink meat thank god just slimy also we ordered 30 dinner boxers for our participants and they couldnāt give one of those thirty boxes have a wing in there they was also over welded for no reason when they shouldāve answered the phone wonāt be back to this one

I wanted to update this post. I always try to go back And see if anything has changed but is actually worse. They will not let you come through the drive-through to pick up a mobile order that you ordered in the parking lot so you donāt have to come in and then they are rude to you and tell you if you donāt like it, you can eat somewhere else Worst KFC Iāve ever been to my life needs to be shut down ?The service is Horrible probably the worst Iāve ever seen at actual restaurant not only did the girl at the window lie twice when I asked her for corporateās number she slammed the window in my face so then I had to call and get a refund on my pick up order the worst kfc in Louisville
It was hot yesterday! I asked for water and they gave it without any questions. Also, didn't charge me for free water, which gave me a new level of respect for KFC, and that location. With that location I have never been there before but I'm impressed. Hopefully, I will definitely do business with them soon.
Parking: I was there around 12 to 1 in the afternoon. Shockingly, there was plenty of parking, but most use the drive thru.

We got to KFC around 1:30 pm. (KFC is my favorite fast food restaurant). All four of us received very dry, overdone chicken. We're presuming it had been in the warmer too long. It was so disappointing.
