Twice in the same weak, I pull through the drive thru to be informed, "no food is available for 45 min to 1 hour"!. ..I drove off both times & from living close to this location I can honestly tell Everyone it's the people working here now. Pitiful, bad attitude, lazy employees that I'll never understand how they were ever hired in the first place. Go somewhere else. This place is pathetic ?

From the start of ordering until we got home with food was AWFUL. They was rude at the speaker. Everything we said they said is that all, like we could order more than 1 item. Then got pulled to make our food. Got order items was missing. Finally get home assuming our bowls was made right and WRONG. There no chicken. Called back they are gonna remake but still.

It was great and so good we came down all the way from Toronto.
Asked for original got crispy. Potatoes had no flavor and price was outrageous. Tastes nothing like the original recipe. Was awful. Will never go to KFC again and will certainly not recommend eating there.

My husband and I went to KFC today on Preston. We went thru the drive thru and and when we got home with our food the chicken was old. It was so old it was very dark and dry. There was also a piece of red plastic in my box under the chicken. This is very unprofessional for a restaurant. I will never patronize this restaurant again.

Restaurant closes at 10pm. Came exactly at 9pm. They were only serving Biscuits & pot pies, no chicken.
