Placed an order an hour before close. Arrived to pick up order 45 minutes before close and they informed me they couldn't prepare any fried items because they had already closed their fryer. Had to call customer service to cancel order and process refund because the store reported that the order was ready.

Went to buy my family dinner. I was told they did not have any sides at all. No nuggets, no fries, and online ordering turned off. In stead of spending $70 for my family I just went home and made sandwiches. It is sad the company is trying to make a come back and the worker are running them in the ground because they don't want to work.

KFC is very dead, they don't clean the tables frequently and orders take a long time.
Maybe if they turned down the radio they had BLASTING in the back I wouldn't have had to wait 10 minutes just to order. And can we talk about the whole 3 crew members they had working total...two of which couldn't stop either playing tag with each other running in and out of walk in cooler or grinding on the other to the God awful rap music they kept on max volume the entire time I tried to eat my dinner. That will be the last time I ever dine in at the KFC in valley station!

Why is this the worst LFC in history? I placed an online order 30 mins ago, the line in the waiting room is growing, and there is ZERO hustle in any of these employees 🙄 never again.

I just placed my first online order using the KFC app today and I wanted to shout out to the folks that work there that I appreciate your good work and service!
I have trouble most days preparing my own food so I like to get foods that are already prepared as often as I can. Today it was KFC on Dixie in Valley Station which is so close to my house.
Please excuse me because I ate some of my food before taking the pictures.
Original chicken and tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw with a Pepsi zero sugar! All the sauces I ordered came too!!
Thank you so much neighborhood KFC for making me this delicious dinner!
Also, the app has an offer on everything I ordered so my put of pocket was reasonable

Trent and his crew were on it! Food was hot and fresh and tasty. Service was excellent and smartly executed. Clean store. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

Don’t waste your time thinking you will get decent food or service. Took over 30 minutes to get my meal and nobody was even in line. Pretty sure they forgot after telling me to pull up. Then came later and said they were waiting on fresh chicken, and the chicken wasn’t even hot! Didn’t put everything in the bag and the drink was terrible. Sub par at best anytime I have been here. Probably my fault for eating at a place that has 3.3 stars
Ordered a chicken strip fill up and waited over 10 minutes. I didn't get a receipt and I was late for work. The best thing in my box was the fries, but the chicken strips weren't fresh. I would of thought if I waited for 10 minutes everything in my box would be fresh

Set in line for 30 mins after we ordered and payed and then had to go back in to be informed it was gonna be 40 more minutes while there was 8 people in there standing around not even working ,I asked for a refund I'm not waiting that long and then he said how did you pay well if you look on my receipt you would see I payed with cash never again will I go there..

I enjoy going here after church most Sunday's I’m always greeted with a smile and a hello as I walk in ready to eat . Fast service, amazing food!!!! Keep up the good work guys thank you
Today, December 10th, l ordered a special online at this location. As l arrived at the drive thru l was told very nicely and professional by an employee by the name of April, that my order would take a few minutes due to fresh crispy chicken being dropped and that l could wait in my car or l could come in and wait. A bit frustrated, l went into the facility to wait. Upon entering, an employee by the name of Trent, informed me that if l didn’t want to wait, that they had Original recipe on hand because the Crispy would still be awhile. He also offered me a drink for waiting, which l found very nice of him. He informed the other employees in the back that a customer was for chicken to come up. Naveah and Josh were aptly getting my order ready.
When my order finally came, they all apologized for the wait and even complimented me a few Cherry poppers.
It was that gesture from those employees that made the wait less frustrating for me.
So, that being said, l would like to thank Trent, April, Josh and Naveah for their outstanding customer service skills. I do hope that that KFC location knows the value in these employees! Kudos!
