Extremely rude person at the drive through, yelling at other customers, made every order wait because they were trying to cheat the system by not taking orders till the previous order is completed. Manager had to step in because person taking orders was so rude to another customer.

I used to love KFC, but to say they have gone downhill would be an understatement. Greasy, no crispy, fries were no good, mashed potatoes still good, the biscuits not risen and their poppers overcooked or not not cooked at all. Colonel, you've been courtmartialed. The best part of our eating experience was leaving!

Had to get a different piece of chicken or wait 10 minutes...they weren't busy at all. Fries were gross...chicken too cooked on outside. Nasty. for the 8$ + I paid. I only ate 1 piece out of 2 and most of my biscuit. Not worth the money at all.

Best KFC I've had in years. The drive-thru gal was so sweet and friendly. Definitely not something I'm used to anymore. I got home and told my husband I actually would have been ok with tipping her and I was sorry I didn't think of it when so many demand it and are far less deserving. Food was hot and fresh. I'll be back.

Wrost KFC. Staff are rude and slow. They leave you sitting in drive thru for long periods before taking your order with no business in line. Place should be shut down
