The food was really good, we went early so it was fresh. Where we sat, I could see the drive thru window. The manager stood there most of the time, and when I'd look up, she would be staring. It made me feel awkward.

Asked for honey at the speaker drive thru after ordering food and was told to ask again at the window. Asked again at the window and was told ok (Same person). It was a big bag of food so I figured since I asked 2 times it would be in the bag. There was nobody at this KFC at the time. In front of me, behind me, inside, etc. Highly disappointed to get home with the family and not have any honey for the biscuits. The dad that failed just one simple task of getting honey. I know it’s a small thing (honey) but it’s the principle and goes further than some packets of honey. A very simple task that gets brushed aside. It happens in life so much that I have to say something. I hope someone actually reads this. Thanks for the great chicken.

Avoid this Hillview KFC. My husband found this huge clump of hair in his drink today. This is absolutely disgusting. We immediately called them and told them what happened and they hung up on us. They took no accountability for there actions. Accident or not! We then called corporate and they had the audacity to argue with us over requesting a full refund. This is absolutely unacceptable and so freaking nasty!!!!!

After eating my food and opening my cup to eat some ice u notice this glob of hair in my drink. Called the store and got hung up on by the manager and the corporate number told me they'll consider a partial refund. My family and I will never spend another penny at kfc.

I called intending to potentially patronize this business. The phone rang and rang. So, that answered my question. They were either extremely busy? Or, closed early for the day? At any rate. A pre-recorded message would be beneficial stating your hours.Specials. If you have a buffet inside. Be proactive. If you can't answer your phone for potential customers.

Pulled into the drive through when you get to the speaker to order they have you wait more than 10 minutes then they take your order pull up. I have a car front of me waiting and a car off to the side waiting we waited. 45 minutes my husband walked in asked what was going on the little girl in the front was talking really slowly said they were waiting on biscuits. How at 630 are you waiting on biscuits? The last time we went there. The chicken was not that great tasted like the oil was burnt and old. But we thought we'd try it again tonight. We will not return to this KFC. It has been run into the ground lately ?

Ok, just took my payment and walked off. No food...yet. car behind me just pulled off. Now the rude little girl just said here ya go, held the food out as I took it she walked off. If you want to wait an hour after you already made an online order, go ahead. They will mark your order ready online but then once you arrive they will lie and say your order "just came up" don't come here. The food is good but the service is trash.

Lack of staff so it takes forever to get your food, even if you make a mobile order on the app or DoorDash pick up. On top of that they forgot our order and we waited almost an hour. No refund or discount was issued. Very disappointed and never visiting this location again!!!

I did not get all of my order even after I had to wait an extra 20 minutes after ordering online and being told my order was ready. The chicken I did get was soggy and the skin wasn't even on the chicken by the time I got home. I only had half of a large fry box filled. This location is not worth your time or money.
