I ordered a pot pie and was informed they were out, so I instead ordered a chicken leg with mashed potatoes for my child, as we typically avoid fast food. The chicken leg that was served was essentially bare, with very little meat on it.
I rarely leave reviews and work in an industry that prioritizes client satisfaction and brand reputation, so I understand the challenges involved. However, this situation was both disappointing and entirely preventable. The restaurant was not busy, and there was no apparent rush in the drive-thru or inside. It’s clear the condition of the chicken was visible when the order was fulfilled, yet it was still served.

I’m really good about my reviews. I don’t waste anybody’s time on something that is not important. This is something that needs to be addressed by the store and corporate headquarters. I purchased a 4 pc chicken strip meal. I asked if I could switch the soft ring for a small side and was told no. Not everybody drinks, soft drinks or tea, but this was not the only problem. I paid 1099 for this so-called meal that included 4 chicken strips, one side, a biscuit and a drink. Let me add that the drink was larger than any part of this meal. I get a large unsweetened iced tea. I get Pepsi is trying to control the drink market but for people who are diabetic or don’t drink soft drinks This is a waste. They offered me to purchase these items separately, which would’ve been outrageous because I added an individual coleslaw. The meal was $10.99 and the coleslaw was $1.99 total $13.00 without tax. Take a look at the chicken strips. This is shameful! Look at what was received and you tell me if this price is really worth it? All I can say is shame on you Pepsi and KFC for trying to overcharge people for chicken strips this size.

I ordered delivery and neither drink was in my order and I paid extra to upgrade to large. I bought a family size wedge that was not in my order. I also added a biscuit not in the order and no dipping sauces. About a third of my order was missing. The ticket had everything listed on the outside of the bag but all kinds of things were missing. Won't order from them again

The only reason I return because it’s the closest one on my way home and they fail me every time. Additionally, they never seem to have pot pies available when it’s clear as day on the menu. My order was messed up and I went in there today to get my food and they said that they cannot replace my food because they don’t know who wrote it down on the list and it only said a large fry wasted my time on my break to get my food that I did not receive. The person that I spoke with said my order would replaced. Not happy at all and unsatisfied customer will definitely not be back to this location. And the manager that was on duty’s name was Robert. They said they could only give me a large fry because he don’t know who wrote my replacement order down.

Ordered online 20 minutes beforehand and then I get attitude from the little old lady at the cash register because I asked if my mobile order was ready. Like she was going to make me wait for the new people that walked in the door long after I ordered. Do better at customer service!
