This is a great store. Fast and friendly service. No problems with reasonable requests. I often get a three piece chicken fingers meal with two sides and a biscuit, no soda just water, for less than $8. this saves $5 off the newer chic chicken places.
I got a plain chicken sandwich yesterday through the drive thru and they dropped a BBQ sauce packet in the bag before I even asked; I have been there a few times. I do not eat at any place that has chicken finger and no BBQ sauce; but that is my personal preference.

Visiting from Pennsylvania was happy to come Louisville Kentucky came to kfc and was very disappointed how the recipe has changed. The chicken didn't taste good was under cooked the fries were overcooked. The kfc recipe is not the same anymore and the prices have gone up.

Tiny portion size on the $5 tender box. They look like wings. Definitely don't recommend that. Didn't give me my sauce either. The chicken sandwiches are pretty good though.

We ordered our food at 7:30 pm and was told it would take 35 minutes for chicken. We agreed to wait. 45 mini later was told the cook was on break and just dropping chicken. People have gone through the drive thru and served. The lobby is is to close at 9pm but they closed around 7:55pm. Finally after checking and knocking on the door 2 additional more times, at 8:50 pm the food was finally brought out to us. I don’t understand why this particular facility and location remains open in our neighborhood because it is the same lack of service that you continue to receive without no remorse or no true explanation as to why chicken is not already prepared and ready to serve the people. This is a highly populated area of fried chicken lovers and receives lots of business. I say close it, since the establishment cannot support the requests of the customers or hire more staff and pay them the wages per the cost of living needs.

Got a chicken sandwich around six on Saturday that was absolutely the worst chicken sandwich of my life. It was 75% breading with NO Chicken inside. Even felt like some of that had microwave burn totally not eatable. KFC I never have this problem other chicken fast food places. This sandwich was totally disgusting and I threw it in the trash.
