Literally, every time I come to this location my order is wrong. Then the employees have the nerve to have an attitude when they’re the ones who mess up everytime in the first place. The only reason I return because it’s the closest one on my way home and they fail me every time. Additionally, they never seem to have pot pies available when it’s clear as day on the menu. If it’s not available, take it off the menu.

My order was messed up and I went in there today to get my food and they said that they cannot replace my food because they don’t know who wrote it down on the list and it only said a large fry wasted my time on my break to get my food that I did not receive. The person that I spoke with said my order would replaced. Not happy at all and unsatisfied customer will definitely not be back to this location. And the manager that was on duty’s name was Robert. They said they could only give me a large fry because he don’t know who wrote my replacement order down.

Ordered online 20 minutes beforehand and then I get attitude from the little old lady at the cash register because I asked if my mobile order was ready. Like she was going to make me wait for the new people that walked in the door long after I ordered. Do better at customer service!

Where to start... First off, as a door dasher, it's incredibly irritating when a business locks their doors before the posted hours of the dining room. I was here at 8.55, dining room closes at 9, I should have been able to walk in and grab my order which was also supposed to be ready before 9. Nope, doors already locked. Okay, pull around to the drive thru.... Which is not moving. Like basically at all. After 5 minutes I finally get to the order window and they inform me that the restaurant is out of chicken and they're only serving sides. How does KFC not have chicken? And if there's no chicken to cook, why is the god damn line not moving??? I can't get out now and I'm super looking forward to the poor review from my DoorDash customer.

Food was cold and looked like it was thrown around. Order was drive through, not given a receipt nor my entire order. Did not check there as I was waiting 20 already for chicken that was definitely not fresh. Won't be returning to this location. Gentleman I ordered from at speaker was kind and fast but when I got to the window the female was not.
