Imagine this. Waiting 40 minutes on an order you placed 15 minutes ago, the workers tell you it’ll be 5 minutes for fresh biscuits. You say okay, and continue to wait. 20 minutes later, you’re finally given your meal. You drive home, very hungry and ready to devour your unhealthy little treat you’ve been craving, only to realize it’s not your order. It’s in a similar box, but overall, it’s not the $59 meal you ordered for your family, it’s a $20 meal. Not only did I miss out on time with my woman, but also our lil babies. As a father, I’m extremely disappointed. Do better.

I was ordering kfc on the phone and calls them and told them I wanted 100 chicken strips for a party and they hanged up and they kept asking me to speak up and they hanged up so I called them again got my food and one of the chicken looked like a rat tail and over all this place was a 1

Didn't even have liver whatsoever there. Plus the floors were so slippery you practically could ice skate. The tables and booty were kind of dirty.Kid-friendliness: I had my 2 3month old Chihuahua puppies in a stroller and I was never even asked if they were service dogs they were really nice and didn't as much as even questioned me if they were service animals which I really appreciate and made my visit a lot much more comfortable and I appreciate them for the very kind hospitality

I love how this store is decorated, and I still think Kentucky Fried Chicken is some of the best chicken around! The gentleman at the front counter was wonderful! He was funny and had a great attitude! Highly recommend KFC!

We usually have a good experience here but this visit the woman that took our order was rude,got our order wrong and had a bad attitude when we asked to have our order corrected and walked away while we were still trying to get the correct order.a different worker came and helped us,while you could hear the woman talking about us to another staff member. Also it was 45 degrees out that day and the air was on in the dinning room.

I recently paid a trip to this location (largely because I absolutely refuse to go to the KFC on Blankenbaker) to get dinner to take home. I know it's relatively new building, so I thought it'd be nice to see the inside.When I walked in I was the only customer in the building, so I was was able to place my order immediately. The young lady behind the counter helped me make a decision to take advantage of a current promotion and I paid for my food. For me it's fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, and cole slaw. Of the fast food chicken cole slaws out there, KFC gets my vote as the best. As far as the mashed potatoes and gravy, KFC loses that to Popeye's.The interior has a fresh, not-your-regular-KFC feel to it. It was warm and welcoming, yet didn't give up that "You're in a KFC" identity.While I was getting drinks I heard them call out my order. WOW. I didn't expect to get the food that fast! Then again, at KFC 100% of nothing is made to order. It's just assemble the food and box it.I was in the restaurant less than 10 minutes and then back out the door. The real challenge with this location is getting out the parking lot and making your way back home.When I got home everything was just as I ordered it and tasted great!Clean restaurant, fast service, great food!

The chicken sandwiches was good. The chicken bowl was great, and the mashed potatoes were spot on. But the one thing I looked forward to the most was completely raw. And that was the biscuits. I'm not mad i'm just disappointed. The biscuits were completely raw on the inside. One bite and it was a mouthful of dough.
