So slow, even without a line 30 min wait
Probably the slowest KFC Taco Bell in the nation. Over 25 minutes to get a basic order of potato wedges and mashed potatoes. They were not busy at all. Ended up having to walk into the location after sitting in my vehicle for a very extended amount of time. I was ready to just ask for my money back, but I knew they probably could not comprehend how to do that. I would highly recommend driving the extra mile or two to the real KFC or Taco Bell on Newcut. This place needs to be shut down. It is a waste of real estate.

Bought 8pc chicken meal, did not expect this size of chicken will count as 1. Most kfc will count this as 0.5 and give u an extra small to compensate. Never expi this before. The buscuit is bigger than 7 of the chicken i had. This type of services why we see less kfc around. Tsk

The drive thru lady was very rude! After greeting me in the drive thru I expected her to follow her greet with a what can I get for you tonight.... Instead she yelled back at me regretting me with a attitude. Didn't appreciate that. I work in the food industry and that's not how you work a drive thru.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location does believe in wearing gloves while handling food or food safety. I would recommend going to any other location or Popeyes if you want good somewhat warm food. Took over 20 minutes just to make a chicken sandwich, fries, and hand me a cup. They also gave me the wrong size fries and drink. An order that should of taken 10 minutes max turned in a 35 minute ordeal. You think with a kiosk they would be more efficient but it's literally the exact opposite.
The guy that took my order was very Nice and professional 👍👍 but the food was cold and nasty unfortunately

The worse kfc I’ve been to in my life. The girl who worked there was so rude. Food was nasty and burnt.. never again!!
I went to this KFC to buy their chocolate cake. I waited around 10 minutes in line, which was fine since I really wanted the cake. But when I finally got it, I was disappointed. The cake was still frozen, like it came straight from the freezer, and it even had some damage at the bottom that looked like it had been handled poorly. For something I waited that long for, I expected it to be fresh and ready to eat, not frozen and damaged.
I really hope management pays attention to this and improves the quality of the desserts.

The worker had super dirty hands and fingers like if he had been playing in dirt you might be just a cashier but still wash your hands and get a nail brush

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to in my life they took my money gave me the wrong order 1 hour wait and there customer service is the worst thing I've ever seen they were yelling at me and they were eating the food instead of giving it to me don't ever come here and they food was cold once I got it if I could put negative star I would worse this was the worst experience I have ever and I will never come back to this place in my KFC I NEED A VOUCHER I AM VERYYYY MAD I AM MENATLY AND EMOTIONALLY IN PAIN AND MY KIDS WERE CRYING THE WHOLE TIME

They got every bit of my order wrong. Can't follow simple requests like no mayo due to allergies. Food was stale and tasted like garbage. Probably the worst kfc/taco bell I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. Avoid this garbage.

I ordered $50.00 of chicken for my family, they gave me someone else's order, I brought it back and showed them the bag and my receipt didn't match. I called the restaurant while my family member took the food and a copy of my receipt after 3 different holds, was told that they can't make my food, it has to be reordered! They gave me a phone number to call, all while my family's waiting to find out what to do, to be told to give the bad order back, and I can't get the right order, or my money back until it's reviewed!!! I didn't say wait for your money, when I ordered!! I hate this location, I should have ordered at the new cut location where you get good food, great service, and no problems. I just tried to use upside and that's the location that I had to go to. Sad really.
