She was rude to me and screamed in my face simply because I didn't understand what she said the first time
I hope the company speaks to her to improve her demeanor.

I highly recommend staying away from this place. It only gets everyday. Today I ordered wings and wedges combo, when I asked for a sauce, they refused to give me any sauce and I was told that only tenders come with a sauce.

How are you 2 different stores and only serve one of them? Worst mountain dew fountain drink I've ever had . Lobby was locked and closed . But somehow there was a family inside eating at a table explain that. Guess you have to know someone that works inside to be able to eat at the establishment. Person working the drive thru acted like they didn't even wanna take our order. Then we had to wait like 10 - 15 minutes for it. The food wasn't even hot considering we waited that long for it. will not be returning to this location.

I placed a mobile order at 10am, ready by 10:15.

Sitting here over 30 mins, told repeatedly “we ain’t open” even though the store clearly opens at 10am.

Staff was sneaking her bf in or out, which is why I assume the store was “closed” during business hours.

Was told pull ahead, and waited 15 mins before I had to pull back to the drive thru and got the same “we ain’t got no food” when she answered.

Told her I’m still waiting for my food, she clarified I wasn’t door dash (so she could know if I cared enough to complain), and said pull to the window.

I know it’s fast food, but the lack of any responsibility or respect is deplorable. Idk what to expect anymore, but even among kfc, this spot was awful.

I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal through doordash I can't believe these people go to school but they can't even read like I was missing six biscuits on my order when you try to call them they don't pick up the phone I mean there's a screen that goes straight across where you can read the orders so how can you miss six biscuits in an order

So slow, even without a line 30 min wait

Probably the slowest KFC Taco Bell in the nation. Over 25 minutes to get a basic order of potato wedges and mashed potatoes. They were not busy at all. Ended up having to walk into the location after sitting in my vehicle for a very extended amount of time. I was ready to just ask for my money back, but I knew they probably could not comprehend how to do that. I would highly recommend driving the extra mile or two to the real KFC or Taco Bell on Newcut. This place needs to be shut down. It is a waste of real estate.

Bought 8pc chicken meal, did not expect this size of chicken will count as 1. Most kfc will count this as 0.5 and give u an extra small to compensate. Never expi this before. The buscuit is bigger than 7 of the chicken i had. This type of services why we see less kfc around. Tsk

The drive thru lady was very rude! After greeting me in the drive thru I expected her to follow her greet with a what can I get for you tonight.... Instead she yelled back at me regretting me with a attitude. Didn't appreciate that. I work in the food industry and that's not how you work a drive thru.
