If there is one car in line, save yourself the wait and just go somewhere else. This has to be the slowest food place in the area and the worst example of KFC and Taco Bell I've experienced.

We celebrated "Kentucky for Christmas" at our office today for lunch just like the Japanese do (they eat KFC every Christmas - its true look it up). Placed the order online and the order was ready when they said it would be. The food was great! 2 Big buckets of original recipe. Smileyville approved for Braces - just don't bite on the bones. Will be back again soon.
Horrible first I order my food they had me wait at the window for 10 minutes then had me pulled to the front then they came out. Ask what I ordered then told me the reason why they asked me what I ordered to go back and make it faster like are you serious so I waited 30 minutes they came out with the wrong order told me to hold on went back in Waited another 20 minutes so at that time I said you know what I walked in y’all can keep the money in the mail. Y’all suck and I will be writing a review.

The Service was horrible they ask if I wanted a receipt I said yes it was not in my bag as stated. I was ask to pull to the front it took 20 minutes to get my food, I get home and it's not what I ordered. This is why you need a receipt. When you work in the food and beverage industry you expect

This KFC is the absolute worst location I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP AHEAD OF TIME, I Ordered on the app at 5PM, order when through on the app and charged my card. When I arrived they said they were closed and wouldn’t make my food, the person at the drive thru was incredibly rude and refused to give me a refund or make my order when I saw them make it for another customer. Will never go back or spend my money at KFC ever again, I understand being understaffed but to close by 5PM is ridiculous
