I had come in mid day, and it was empty when I got here. I had a fast service, which was pleasant. The food was delicious, of course. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I didn't see the bathrooms. There is a key code if you want to use the bathrooms. The outside was as clean as possible it was snowing. The staff was helpful and gave me my food with a positive attitude 🙂.

The 2 guys did an excellent job with my order I had to wait a little but i think they were short on help i would rather wait and get what order then get the wrong order keep up the good work young men Good Job management

Service was terrible. Went through the drive thru and sat for 15 minutes. Then they asked us to park and they’d bring it out to us. We sat for another 15 minutes. We finally decided to go inside and waited another 20 minutes to find out our food was never made. Their response was “It was deleted… sorry.” Nothing offered to make up for their mistake and I’m still wondering if we got all of our food.

The store closes at 10 pm, and I arrived at 8:36 pm, there was an employee inside, I went to the drive-thru and no one answered. Last time they did not have food. Hope KFC corporate can see this comment and take action with the Close Manager.
The restaurant had a horrible sewage smell that made me sick. The employees said it was the bathroom. It was unhealthy and the business should have closed.

I have to admit, I Really Enjoyed the Food & the girl was So Sweet & Helpful in Drive Thru. I went to another KFC down here in Louisville & had all most decided to never visit another one! But, So Happy I decided to try a different one.
