GO CARDS... ALWAYS A GOOD TIME
Attended a basketball game Nov 15, decided to purchase food from KFC before game started
Chicken tenders very dry and hard, placed order on kiosk and waited about 7 minutes for a big disappointment. Do better Yum Center and KFC.
Excellent concert venue! Easy to navigate to KFC Yum Center & once in the venue there is visible signs for way finding. The center has parking under it & there are multiple other parking centers available in the area. Staff encountered were polite & helpful.
Great concert
Great place at which to enjoy a basketball game. Ample food and drink vendors. Comfortable searts and a great sound system made this place a great. I would attend other events in the future. The music concert I attended last night sounded terrific and our seating provided for unobstructed stage views.
I'm so disappointed!
We are season ticket holders for u of l basketball and our seats are in section 212. We get to the Zack Williams concert and we have been relocated from section 212 row a to section 109 row v. We choose these events based on the fact that we have permanent seats. So disappointing!
Update!
I get to my relocated seat and look where my original seats are and someone is sitting there!
Do better yum center!
Great venue, easy access to parking
I was here for the Kentucky vs Louisville basketball game. It was a lovely atmosphere, very clean, and well organized. The staff provided excellent help and services at each encounter. The beer was EXTREMELY over priced. As expected. Being a Kentucky fan, I can appreciate the egress methods and precautions taken to provide a safe and efficient experience for all fans. There were plenty of police and security in place to prevent any problems or chaos for such a huge rivalry game. I earned a free ticket from the student lottery, so although I had nose bleed seats it was a pleasurable experience.
I have also been here for multiple concerts and absolutely love the yum center. I think it is a very professional, clean, top of the line atmosphere. The city of Louisville and the Yum center work very well together in collaboration for events that take place.
My mom and I absolutely love the KFC Yum! Center as proud season ticket holders for UofL basketball! 🏀 The venue is always spotless throughout, and the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and courteous.
We love our seats in the lower bowl, but honestly, there isn’t a bad seat in the house—whether you’re attending a concert or a ballgame, every view is great! The energy and excitement on game day are second to none, and the food and beverage options just keep getting better every season.
We also enjoy the game-day giveaways and the chance to purchase Cardinal merchandise, including gear from former players. It’s always a first-class experience from start to finish—Go Cards!
Restaurantji Recommends
The best atmosphere in sports and there's no bad seats on the Yum!
Went for a concert. Staff were incredibly rude.
Usually I love going to events here but we saw a concert 2 nights ago and it was miserably hot!!!
I highly recommend this place if you:
1. Love $30 parking
2. Love security enforcing people not to stand during concerts
3. Love getting your phone encapsulated for concerts without prior warning or consent leaving you without a way to receive messages in case of family emergencies
4. Love having the 3rd floor TV screens be completely turned off during concerts so that you can't see anything if you are sitting up high
5. Love poor traffic control
6. Love it when garage attendants check to see if you have a receipt for the $30 parking tickets (good luck if you lose the receipt) causing worse traffic control
7. Love that even getting to a concert early having to wait in lines so long that you are late to the concert anyway due to poor coordination
8. Love it when hundreds of people miss the beginning of a concert bc of the poor coordination of the event staff and giving the headliner band no heads up that hundreds of their fans are missing the beginning of said concert
Absolute worst concert venue I have ever been and spreading the word to anyone who loves concerts. This place has potential if run right. Lots more to complain about.
Staff was amazingly helpful
