The venue is nice. Food options are great. My only complaint is that there needs to be more security or an easy way of getting help when there is a fight. A fight broke out in our section last night during Kid Rock & there were no security guards in sight. People were pushing us out of our seats to get away from the fight. We missed almost 2 songs because of this & it taking so long for security to get there!!

Went for a concert and sat in the 300 section. I’m 6 feet tall and 185 pounds (Average build). These seats are not comfortable! I pity U of L season ticket holders.
Navigating to my seats was very easy and concessions were plentiful. Plenty of space in the walkways so congestion is not an issue.

We went to the volleyball national championship here. Entry was very slow. Only one side had entrances for 21,000 people. The people were very nice, both in security and ticket scanners.
The arena could use some updating. The steps in 300 level are steep and some steps have no caution tape/paint. It was hard to see where the steps were.
The food venues couldn't keep up with the crowd. Food was pretty bad. We paid $20-$25 per person for mediocre food.
We parked a few blocks away and were able to get out fairly quickly. I would not park under the arena unless you are not in a hurry.

Flew in to see the NCAA Volleyball semi finals. The location is easy to get to, with plenty of eatery and hotel options. The staff was pleasant and they hire a lot of people to manage the crowd/traffic, which was very nice to see! We had lower level, mid-court seats. They were perfect. The announcer kept the crowd happily engaged throughout TV breaks. They had a wide variety of food offerings. All concessions were cashless, so plan ahead. The only thing I noticed was the location/access to bathrooms from my seat. They were so far away and no cut throughs, it wasn’t worth going… but if you had to, it would have taken a while. Just be mindful if you have a small bladder where you sit! Very much enjoyed it! I’d come back for sure!!
