Kiwa is so special. The sandwiches here are seriously next-level — fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care you can taste it. Every bite feels like a little flavor explosion. The vibe is calm and modern, and the staff is super friendly. If you haven’t tried Kiwa yet, go. Just go. You’ll thank yourself (and probably crave it again the next day).
Thank you for the wonderful treats, Kiwa :)
Excellent spot for tea and coffee. You will find selections here you won't find anywhere else in Louisville. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A true gem.
Honestly I wanted to like this place but both drinks we were undrinkable. No flavor at all.
everyone is so nice and the food is so good!! my toast was CRISPY
They have many tea offerings and specialty coffee drinks as well. Staff were so kind. The inside is very open and cute.
I decided to stop by here and I’m glad I did! The iced black cherry blossom tea was great, as well as the service!
This place is amazing, I’d highly recommend!!!
I had such high hopes for this place! :( I ordered the banana matcha latte. The matcha does not taste like matcha at all. Mine tasted like pure banana syrup. I’m not sure if they are making the matcha differently due to the shortage and are maybe trying to conserve? I will definitely try again and order something else! The place was nice & quiet. The employees were very friendly & polite! Good place to work or study in quiet!
This is one of the most consistently delicious cafés I've ever been to. I'd been previously by myself, and today our party of four all ordered different things and we were all thrilled with the food and drinks. I can't remember the last time that happened. I can personally vouch for the miso ham sandwich, the spicy shrimp sandwich with cheese, the bulgogi salad with oriental dressing, and the white chocolate matcha latte, which is a summer offering. The sandwiches all come with lettuce and tomato, so if that's not your thing, just tell them to leave it off. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and inviting. Highly recommended 🩷😍
I was so glad that I found Kiwa when visiting Louisville. What I loved about Kiwa was the high ceiling, simple decoration and aesthetic/relaxing vibe. I made my own matcha drinks every morning using matcha sourced from Japan, so I do have a high expectation when it comes to matcha. I ordered an iced matcha latte at Kiwa and they definitely nailed it. My partner had the sesame latte and it was really good as well. Kiwa is such a hidden gem in Louisville. I can’t wait to go back next time I am in town. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Kiwa had a very cozy vibe! If I was still a student, this definitely would be a place I would go to study. The drinks were good and service was fast and nice! Overall, I hope to come back when I visit Louisville.
Both the food and coffee were delicious. Loved this place!
My friends and I come here often to talk and have a nice little drink. There is always something new to try and they are typically unique. The staff are so kind and the atmosphere is calm. The matcha is also quite good for those wondering.

Went here with my group of friends. 10/10 Matcha, would come again. The vibes and drinks are too good. Lexington needs a place just like this.
I travel to Louisville from Lexington just to get the matcha here!!
