Don't get filled donuts from here, the fill machine never works so you get empty donuts or donuts with a dab of filling or the completely wrong filling that still has a tiny dab in it

I don’t even understand how high these guys had to have been. I went in there at night like at 10 pm. I told him I wanted a dozen. And I said how many I wanted of each. I don’t even understand what he was saying. He seemed like he wasn’t even on this planet. I ended up having to order more then I wanted cuz he somehow got my first order wrong.
Love the morning crew. Not sure if its the same every day but the girls/ladies on saturday mornings are the best.

I used to love coming to this donut place years ago, but from the service I recently received here I was very much convinced that I was right in not investing my money in a company whose employees cannot even offer common courtesy and costumer service in a friendly manner. I will never bring my child or her sister here again in the future based off the service received. They have lost a lifetime customer and I have no doubt I will find another place that will extend better service in the future.

Worst service I ever experienced at a Krispy Kreme. Do not waste your time going here. None of the employees have even the minimal customer service skills. The location on Bardstown is much better. They seem to prefer waiting on the door dashers they know over the customers that have been waiting the longest

Sat in drive-thru for over 25 minutes just for one dozen of donut. I couldn't understand why until I pulled off and noticed that the lady at the drive-thru is hanging out the window talking and laughing and joking with her friends
