0 Stars. Like others have said, I felt like I was not welcomed. The staff was very short while speaking to me and when I asked to change something, they acted like it was such a burden. Obviously could tell nobody wanted to be there or deal with customers. The lady in front of me asked about some sugar packets since they were out in the lobby, only to get the reply "I don't know where they keep them" and she went on about what she was doing. No effort or customer service given at all. I've been there about 3 times, and every time has been the same experience. Needless to say, I will not be back.
The donuts are always good, especially when that beautiful neon sign is illuminated. The service on the other hand… that leaves a lot to be desired here. The staff are rude to customers and to one another.

The donuts were alright. The service was ... well, lacking. I would prefer not to get flirted with by my service people when I'm on a date and really just want some donuts. Thx. Next time please be more professional.
Parking: Lots of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah... if your kid likes to hit stuff this is a no go. There's quite a few hanging signs on the windows that aren't properly secured.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get on sidewalk.

My experience with the staff was terrible. They were supposed to have a free dozen for first 500 people as advertised but they didn't do it. They only gave a coupon. No hot lattes.
